Hot take - Yes, Phil is retarted. But I don't think Phil is too stupid or lazy to have a dent (or himself) strike channels. Phil is terminally online and acts aloof until it suits his needs. That side of Phil is an act for the dents to keep up his vitcim appearence. I think this is all in response to the SS podcast. Once they had their recap stream that Phil rage-watched I think it popped the insulated bubble of his self-perception. He's getting an ego boost knowing the detractor are getting "owned" and gets to feel in control again, at least back to his normal feeling of control pre-SS podcast.

It strikes me as fake. It'd be a weird thing to fake so it feels strange saying it. What bugs me is how he talks to the cat in English babytalk. If the cat does whatever he says he takes that as validation that the cat is listening to him and understands him, and if it doesn't he keeps talking to it. It's grating, the cat doesn't know what you're saying to it. Move it off your chair like a human being does if you don't want it in your chair.

I've never seen anyone act like he does with his cat. And it's oddly transferred into videogames. He'll mention every fucking kitty or froggie he sees. He's fucking weird. And a dunce. In spite of it all Jasper Kitty seems normal enough, and a guard dog now I guess so that's good. Must be his weekly supply drop.

Okay, I didn't think I'd ever have a nice thing to say about DSP, but here goes. I don't think he likes the cat but knows viewers do. However, we adopted a cat that had been abused, and that cat would shy away if you raised your hand to pet it. Jasper jumps right in Phil's lap with his tail up (like he wished Rambo did), the tail up being a cat's way of greeting someone. Jasper clearly is not scared of Phil, and I don't think Phil treats the cat badly. (Declawing, yes, but of course Jasper doesn't know who ordered that.)

Hopefully he'll have more time to play with his child after his channel is taken down.

If by a slim chance he really will lose his main channel, he will simply stream on KOGayming or his Ree-Ackts channel.
Only difference being that we will hear how trolls ruined his visibility on YT every prestream for the next 3-4 years.

Losing DSPGaming would probably have little effect on his streaming/income, but it would be funny as fuck for 13 years worth of his videos to just be gone.

He'll be fine streaming but the problem with DSPgaming going down is he still gets some residual revenue from his massive video library. His views per video suck but spread over 50,000+ uploads he has a non-negligible number views per months. I'm not sure of the exact amount but every month he gets a couple hundred bucks at least for basically doing nothing.

This being a piggy op so he can get a quick cash injection due to pity seems like the dumbest possible thing Phil can do, which also makes it plausible. He showed his hand, he said that he got 2 strikes so his channel isn't in danger of getting shitcanned, at least to my knowledge you need to get 3 strikes to get your channel shitcanned. On the flipside he deleted all of his Copecasts and that took a bunch of his views and likes away, but again piggy is dumb enough to cut off his nose to spite his face.

Honestly getting just affiliated seems like a better deal because you can double or even triple dip by simulstreaming onto multiple platforms. However Dave always handwaved that possibility away by saying that it's too tuff or whatever but like always he slipped the real reason out eventually - control. He can't get enough mods to keep multiple streaming platform's chats in North Korea mode like he does on Youtube now. All within the cult, nothing outside the cult, nothing against the cult.

Each strike still remains on your channel for 90 days.

YouTube Third strike​

Three strikes within a 90 day period, and your channel is permanently removed. Deleting content does not remove a strike.

EDIT: I think these apply to community guideline strikes as opposed to copyright strikes as some below have pointed out. Regardless, I will keep them up.

People who think Phill Burnell would delete his legacy for some stupid begging gay-op (a simple EMERGENCY video without deleting anything would suffice for his dents) have no idea what they are talking about. I feel like i'm on plebbit.
