So just in case anyone is wondering, he should absolutely not, in any circumstances, try to just tape over this or seal it together with gauze/tape/bandages/glue.

If it's the opening to an abscess, he would just be sealing the infection inside. If it's a fistula leading to an abscess somewhere else, he would still be trapping the infection inside.

The abscess needs to be drained, cleaned, and packed with gauze. The fistula would require surgical intervention to drain and then "collapse" the passageway, so that it would heal shut, and even then would need to be packed with gauze.

I very much agree that there is no way he's seen a medical professional, and to the people who don't think that this is very serious, you have to understand that there has been an infection growing inside of him, hollowing out part of him, and has gotten inflamed/large enough to break through the skin, and now there is a gaping hole (that is possibly bigger inside than what we can see) that is directly connected to his asscrack. Even a clean individual would be hard pressed to keep this from getting even worse.

EDIT: Just so there's no mistake, I don't feel bad for Chris. There's a very high chance that he did this to himself, and he could easily go to the doctor with no negative impact to him financially. I guess I'm looking at this in a clinical manner rather than OMG GUIZE WE HAF TO HALP.

Nobody is influencing Chris thinking it's his soul china or whatever the fuck he called it last time. He actually thinks the videos are responsible for altering his biology, despite or in conjunction with all the other shit he's been doing to try and perform a DIY sex change without hormones or actual medical involvement.

Just like how he tried to manually force one via the taint piercing and convinced himself it was a perfect substitute. The timing of its development as well as being entirely 'not forced' (at least not in the same artificial way as the piercing) only makes Chris believe it more, since Chris is such an entitled fuckwit that he never actually questions the legitimacy of getting something he thinks is what he wants.

Multiple people, some in this thread, have stated that someone is convincing Chris that that wound is a vagina, so no, I disagree, someone is forcing him to think this way.
