Coming from a long background in the medical field, and unfortunately found myself elbow deep in wounds more than a handful of times, I'll give my two cents on what we're really looking at.

1. This wound is identical in shape to the original piercing migration (however, much larger in size...which isn't uncommon for a wound to grow in size, but not shape. Considering as how the taing piercing occurred how long ago, it's not surprising that it's as large as it is at this time).
2. I highly doubt that this is an abcess, considering how identical it is to the original wound. There doesn't appear to be any infected tissue (however, there is the possibility of an abcess further in the buttocks that we cannot see in the picture, so it cannot be 100% ruled out). The drainage that he more than likely has is called 'serosanguinous' which means part clear, part bloody. This would explain Chris feeling the need to buy pantyliners, and convincing himself that he is having a period, because the drainage would be mostly likely blood tinged at the least.
3. The edges of the visible wound are well approximated, there doesn't appear to be any tunneling, and there is no sign of slough/necrotic tissue. The wound bed itself appears to be a healthy pink in color, which is good for the wound itself.
4. Considering the length of time that passed between the original piercing and what we're seeing now, it's unlikely that this wound will heal any time soon.
5. Which brings me to this point: Chris has to be taking good care of this wound, as the sheer amount of bacteria found in the area (and no, that isn't a reference, everyone has fecal bacteria to some degree around the perineum) should have seriously taken it's toll on this wound, so with that point alone, I am both amazed (because I've seen 30+ year experience nurses do wound care worse than him), and confused at the same time.

He is wrong, it isn't a fistula. I work in (and am passionate about) medicine, but am not a clinician, but here is my theory:
1. Chris went in to the ER about the abscess on his taint.
2. They freaked out, cleaned it out, bandaged it up, sent him home.
3. He took the bandage off and is now saying it's clean and healthy (when in reality, you gotta keep that shit bandaged).
4. Chris uses this to say it is his "talking with his doctor" about SRS and HRT. They don't let you do that shit unless you pass a psych evaluation. And we all know Chris won't pass that.

If the wound is that deep, that's a deep infection. That's really bad. It is easy for it to get re-infected unless it's cleaned for.

The picture that was briefly posted in the thread about 10 minutes ago displayed a slightly scabby looking and very angry red colored laceration. Dunno if that was a before or after photo but from the brief moment that I looked at it, it looked pretty bad.

The wound is deeper than what the fb picture shows. He's going to go septic and die a painful death due to his delusions. I don't think anyone but chris is behind this.

If anyone is behind this, it's not any of the usual people. Like it's not Marvin or anyone else here that has been a part of Christory before. It's some new ween that needs to tell Chris to go get help.

The picture that was briefly posted in the thread about 10 minutes ago displayed a slightly scabby looking and very angry red colored laceration. Dunno if that was a before or after photo but from the brief moment that I looked at it, it looked pretty bad.

The scary part is how much that scar/permanent sore/china has evolved in the past two years. There is NO reason that the Un-clit should have been festering for TWO years now.

I agree with @Hollywood Hulk Hogan with their post, except this wound doesn't appear to have been debrided (cleaned out) anytime in the recent past, and the tissue bed (at least what we can see from a crappy grainy cell phone pic) appears to be healthy in nature. Any white/gray/yellow/green/blue (yes, blue)/brown tissue inside of a wound bed is a sign of infection or abcess. He probably went in at the urging of a friend/troll, got it checked out, and became a local ER staff urban legend.

There's no more skin to pierce, let alone find a sane legal tattoo/piercing shop to repierce it. He tried repiercing the original unclit after it first became infected just a few days later with a fucking safety pjn
