I considered the possibility that he might try to dilate the wound as though it was a surgical neo-vagina.

If so, perhaps the next instalment of this chapter will be Chris getting his pretend vagina packed with maggots to debride necrotic tissue.

This has to be a joke. Are you seriously comparing stomping lego and dry shaving to letting A FUCKING ABSCESS grow in your body? You're currently comparing "holding a pen uncomfortably" to "letting an infection eat through his flesh to his intestines."

You have clearly never had an abscess, but if you've ever had a cut get infected, imagine the raw and painful feeling of the infected flesh. Now imagine that feeling magnified 10 times in intensity, and the area of a deep, giant gash. Now picture that that area is one which naturally chafes and rubs when you walk.

Chris has always been a pussy, look at his "Power" videos. There is no comparison between the pain he will feel before this gets to a life-or-death point and fucking dry shaving

Medical professionals feel free to criticize my amateur sort-of evaluation of what's happening

Okay, I have no idea what's going on with the wound, I will tell you that straight up, I'm taking my best guess based on what I have learned from all of my science classes/being interested in medicine.
The wound might be infected, but it looks clean, if large. It also looks like there isn't enough red around there for it to be infected. However, there could also be an internal infection, but it sounds like the wound is draining. That's good. The bigger concern for me anyway, is the enlarging, and reopening of the wound by Chris. Not allowing it to heal increases the risk of infection if it is not already infected. The mental state of Chris is also disturbing, but it's hard to tell how far away this behavior is from normal. If it is far from normal for Chris it could be a sign of infection, in which case, cultures need to be taken to confirm bacterial presence, and treated with antibiotics.
He says he's using rubbing alcohol. Pure Isopropyl alcohol makes a terrible sanitizer compared to bleach or concentrated Iodophor. Not that anyone should ever use bleach or Iodophor on a wound. Pure rubbing alcohol would not sanitize the wound. Assuming that he's not using hand sanitizer, he might be debriding the wound, but not sanitizing it. If he is using hand sanitizer, he's actually sanitizing the wound, and debriding it. Could be he's just putting chemicals into a wound that looks rather painful to begin with.
Again, this is my best guess as to what may be going on. Fuck if I know.

In all honesty, Chris's Un-clit is not the worst I've seen. I'm not sure what you guys are freaking out over. I've seen a guy who got a larger abscess as a result of a bullet grazing his ass and he healed fine. Of course, the dude wasn't an exceptional individual who played with his wound as if it were a vagina, but still.

I can't be 100% sure since I'm not seeing it in person, but he doesn't seem to be exhibiting any signs of swelling or necrosis indicative of a major infection that can lead to sepsis.

Could it become severe without treatment? Sure. Given his lack of hygiene, it could become something worse and that is a cause for concern. However, there doesn't seem to be anything alarming just yet. At most, even if he did go to the doctor, the most they'll do is pack the wound if they don't find anything else wrong with him. Packing the wound, however, is another ordeal in and of itself because he'll either have to keep coming in every day to repack it or repack it himself until the wound closes.

Unless he has other signs/symptoms like fever or altered mental status that we're not seeing, he's not in immediate danger.

its going to get infected. It got infected when it was just a peircing and im sure when his tugboat money runs out hes going to stop buying clean panty liners and start reusing them.
