The book itself was named something along the lines of 'a camp counselor was fired for providing alcohol to a minor and attempting to rape her: here's how to do it correctly'. Simmon's explanation was that he wrote it as a guide for counselors to date other counselors and minors to date other minors and that the unfortunate title came from his 'poor ability to speak english back then herro prease'. Overall the book is extremely cursed and disturbing and the guy is clearly a deviant.

You'd be surprised how many people don't know that a normal HVAC system can't dramatically change a whole house's temperature in short order.
The other year I had to have my cheap shitty AC re-charged(thanks cheapass previous owner) and it took all day to bring the temps back down.
These systems are designed to main temperature and for minor changes in it.
