As for War Campaign, they acted as @FROG's praetorian guard that was the pack of hyenas that sicced on whoever was decided as "not Comicsgate" (see Doug TenNapel, for example). They ultimately ran afoul of @FROG when they decided ThatStarWarsGirl was not "ComicsGate material" and caused a rift within the ComicsGate audience (more like catching flak from ThatStarWarsGirl's simps). WarCampaign was given the boot by @FROG (tbh, they should have been kicked out much sooner).
In summary, they're faggots.

Ro streamed a lot of the trucker protest live from the ground in Ottawa last Feb, including during the police crackdown where he streamed right from the frontline up against the police who were brutalizing people.

He and Pan now do a political-themed YT morning show twice a week mostly talking about what shenanigans Trudeau is up to now.

Something happened around Christmas where Ro started Twitter fights with the same protest leaders who went to jail for standing up to Trudeau. He seems really butthurt that the lawyers representing the leaders who were arrested petitioned the court to use 400k for legal defense of the 10 million of crowdfunded monies in escrow that the government and courts seized.

Then he started recording private conversations without disclosure with some of the same people he was accusing of impropriety and releasing the audio files online.

I haven't paid attention enough to know if there's fire behind his smoke, but it seemed weird he suddenly turned his sights on attacking pro bono civil rights lawyers and political prisoners instead of the corrupt-as-fuck government.

Ethan had finally found in Ro an even brasher, lewder version of himself who was dedicated exclusively to the simp grift in order to set up his own subteam of NSFW meme mongers within the Sciververse.. Ethan absolutely ate it up. Of course Ro would have his shot at putting together a comic book and managed to get it out in lightspeed compared to the average CG title.

Translation: Ro was using Ethan to become an internet celebrity and Ethan used Ro to Order 66 anyone he needed to cut ties with or wanted to cut ties with (hence the gayops).

I don't think you could really understate how much Sciverfrog regarded Ro. Right up until they inevitably crossed the line in spectacular fashion when they made fun of Anna's dead sister because Anna had come to represent everything they had deemed unworthy of CG and now with a comic book under his belt, Ro was really starting to feel his "worth." It wasn't the first time Ro had identified targets ahead of Ethan's approval and he might have been able to stay had he came groveling back, but with the aforementioned comic book and a loyal following of his own, he probably thought it was a hill worth dying on than to lose face in front of his own whack pack starter set. Even then there was a prolonged period of pleading by Ethan, even going so far as to point to a framed poster of the Vestige #1 cover on the wall behind him declaring "that's my heart" in hopes that this empty token of affection would be enough to convince one bloated ego to return to the undersized pig pen he was raised in.

Translation: If it could argued that Ethan is less than completely straight, that argument would consist of Ro.

Operation Remove Kabir opened opened up Phase 2 of Scivergate which would see Ethan reach out to other old pros who hadn't been active... for whatever reason... mostly to help Frog put this ugliness behind him if not to actually make some money off the cross promotion. It was supposed to be an emphasis on the "Pro" of CAPS and while we did see a huge dialing back on the rhetoric used, the delays were so big, not even Covid could explain them away. Phase 3 has mostly been about managing failed expectations, growing dissatisfaction of actual patrons, and various meltdowns of even more CG regulars by ignoring it or dabbing on the haters with braggadocios progress updates at least two years too late. But he is now far removed from that personal army that once patrolled the internets for him. The best he can hope for now barring a personality change is to hope that enough paypiggies forget the past and get distracted by innumerable streams promising a handful of things but delivering seldom more than a middle finger.

Speculation: Could Phase 4 be the nature finding a way by causing Sciverfrog to go full lolcow in order to stop Eric July's Isom straw from dipping into his paypiggy milkshake? A man can dream!

They never really understood that Scivergate isn't about quality, it's about loyalty, paypiggery and optics to rule them all. If it weren't for loyalty they'd never get a shot at a comic book. Anna was loyal and she has her own paypiggies to bring to the trough. At any rate, Anna's time in the Sciververse also seems to be nearing the end as she realizes that loyalty is not unconditionally reciprocated. She's developed her entire personality off of male simps and for everything else she is easily overlooked and bypassed and she's starting to resent that. One thing she can't do is punish Sciverfrog with her absence.

Was WC wrong about Anna being worthless and her Vampirella cover sucking ass? No. God no. But at the time it was like worrying about a tumor that could be a problem in three years as you were being strangled to death in an alleyway, y'know? Driving off scores of people who could actually create comic books in favor of the obsequious grifters and talentless hacks that abandoned them when pressed (that ironically now WC rails the most against as they gaslight "we would have stopped this") did far more damage than tolerating thots.

As we can see here for April 2023, George Alexopolous & Razorfist's western pastiche "Ghosts of the Badlands" and the Iron Age fanzine Anvil nearly outdid all 86 active CG campaigns combined. This follows March, where the FNT-supported Dixon/Graham Nolan reprint of "Joe Frankenstein" (it's like teen werewolf except... frankenstein) accomplished more or less the same thing even with the Tim Pool appearance. Or how Smiller outdid all of CG in 2022 by partnering with Shad Brooks for the comic adaptation of Shadow of the Conqueror.

Ro is more mentally unstable and manipulative than he probably appears. When he was in CG he was manipulating everyone around him, which was not hard, for although he is extremely immature, he is a lot more intelligent than those he surrounds himself with. Ethan is the type to think that he is too smart to be manipulated, probably because he is usually the one succeeding at manipulating others. So when Ro and WC were sucking Ethan’s dick, calling him Caesar, fighting his most pathetic and worthless battles online (usually caused by EVS being an attention seeking whore who gets off on making others feel less than), Ethan believed he was the one in charge and calling all the shots. But Ro is a sly one and he was making moves to get ahead in CG even before the Anna stuff went down.

CG Jumpstart - a WC magazine meant to promote CG creators, was one of the ways he thought he was going to be able to control who would be promoted and also who would owe him. Besides this, he had gathered peoples doxes, ‘delicate’ personal info and even dick pics, which he was not afraid to use for blackmail. I personally saw him threaten people multiple times out in the open on livestreams - although hidden behind jokes to confuse those witnessing it - and the audience was full of idiots too stupid to understand that he was being serious. The guys that Ro was trying to threaten could clearly tell it was real though. It seems ridiculous that this was even happening in a comic book movement (because it fucking is), so when anyone complained about WC’s shenanigans they were usually thoroughly mocked by Ethan and WC until they were considered a laughing stock, and dog piled by the rest of CG, who either believed everything Ethan told them, or went along with it to fit in.

Ethan made it clear behind the scenes that he was a fan of Ro and WC, even over the Jack Show peeps, despite saying the opposite in public. Ethan would also often hide behind his wife, by saying she was the one encouraging him to stay loyal to Ro and Co. He has stated that she was the one who suggested that WC should buy the feature spot on the Cash Grab cover and put Jon Malin at the front of the centipede, which they all thought would upset Jon. It was only after things got even nastier between the two groups that WC thought it would hurt even more if they put Man of Sex on the cover and so tried to change it to that. Ethan also claims his wife encouraged him to send a sword to Ro as a sign of loyalty (which he supposedly did do right before WC left CG). Also when WC ambushed Anna on Liam Gray’s livestream and wouldn’t apologise after tormenting her, Ethan told Ro in DM’s that he thought that Ro had done great, and that his wife had told him that Ro should have gone even harder at Anna.

So either Ethan is a cowardly bitch that hides behind his old woman so he can get off mostly scot-free or his wife is a piece of shit that he just makes out to be kind “Aunty Andrea” to emotionally motivate dumb CGers to want to support them with their money. I say both. But maybe I’m wrong, and he manipulates his wife too. A part of me finds it hard to believe she knew about the sick shit they got up to, but if she did, then she is utterly disgusting. And this is coming from someone who can’t stand Anna. What WC did to Anna after her sisters death was revolting.

Well anyway, that kind of familiarity with Ethan and his wife was why Ro believed himself to have more pull than he did (although if public opinion was on Ro’s side then things would have gone differently), and when he got jealous of the Jack Show taking the attention and the popularity away from himself and his crew, he was quite happy to fuck with them - sometimes openly, but mostly secretly - through his brainless friends. And due to Anna being a woman, this automatically made her their biggest target, as Ro has a deep hatred for women.

Even after Ro left CG, he was manipulating his new audience by using his own wife and kids ‘sadness’ for pity bucks. I watched one of his trucker streams after he’d been fired and he was describing how hard the whole thing had been on his wife, and he vigorously shook his head while saying he loves her. Anyone that understands body language knows that means he feels the opposite of what he’s saying....

Ro also absolutely lost the plot when his kids faces were doxed on KF, and straight out told the internet to come and rape them. While it could be argued that he said this because he was under extreme stress, no one in their right mind, even stressed, would say shit like that.

Ethan and Ro are both pathetic, damaged individuals, that convinced a small section of very low IQ people that they're worth paying attention to.

They are loser nerds who have a strong desire to feel powerful. Any dishonest or unstable behaviour from either of them is par for the course.
