Legend of Zelda thread - Lorefags GTFO!

No dungeons, looks like only 4 of them again, unless more are revealed after you complete the first set, no items, more shrines, more koroks.
"GUYS THEY'RE JUST HIDING THE GOOD STUFF EVERYBODY WANTS, ITS TOTALLY NOT JUST GLORIFIED DLC AND SKY SHRINES"

At least people who loved collecting seeds can recollect them in a modified map now, and get a SECOND turd :story:

No you don't.
what even

i found combat to be rewarding in botw, HOWEVER i do not think combat is the main focus of botw anyway, i dont think it's as fun as hunting shrines

and maybe its a carry over from older retro games, but i like the simplistic gambling aspect in defeating the stronger white or gold enemies. i like killing dudes and trying to get items every now and then

This niggie knows good game design, folks.
im white, faggot

i was never big on the koroks personally, but idk what this DLC business is all about...can you explain it without spoilers or nah?

I mean, I still hope they enjoy the game.

But also fuck em for losing their shit at us for calling it how we saw it.
I'm reserving judgement until somsone completes the game

i dont want spoilers tho.
I didn't spoil anything, the only thing really spoiler worthy I spoiler marked.
Just read @Epoch's posts, he's playing through it and giving details
I'm done for today, kinda getting bored because they put all the towers in extremely obtuse locations, and then tell you to go to a location by name in a quest, and it doesn't update the marker on the map so you are pretty much forced to go to the towers.
tbh spoliers from someone who's shitting on the game would likely not spoil all the things said shitter either did not see or doesn't enjoy in games. A TotK review from a SSBM player would be interesting but useless.
I'm not really enjoying it, but I'm saying it as I see it. Someone who went in to it expecting perfection probably wouldn't say it how it is. Just know that when I'm posting its someone who has played BotW multiple times, and on master mode, but doesn't like the game very much.

Are you old enough to even be on this forum? I'd have to think you're a child or a fucking retard to think BotW combat was anything but barely passable.
Wind Waker had it best with the parry system and various combos.
but it's so inefficient to use anything more than arrows from a distance/weapons in close quarters, and there's no reward for getting creative, that you end up defaulting to whatever's the fastest way to get mobs off your back.
Well, there's the bit on how you can stunlock certain monsters by poking them with an spear. Can't really defend the claymores outside of using them to assassinate people
