I havent tried for story stuff, but you can skip shrine intros and outros and thats about it. You are forced to sit through the ubisoft tower cutscene every time, and its longer than before. And you are still forced to click through the dialogue with koroks and when you upgrade storage with the fat korok. It seems like there hasn't been any quality of life changes at all.

i mean the combat is literally however you want to do it, and thus is the most satisfying it could be for each person individually, because YOU decided the combat. i usually like to snipe dude with arrows from afar and its ultra fun because thats what i think it fun.

The problem with BotW's combat was that, yeah, you can mix it up, but it's so inefficient to use anything more than arrows from a distance/weapons in close quarters, and there's no reward for getting creative, that you end up defaulting to whatever's the fastest way to get mobs off your back.

So you would've had to first replied with a quote that ended in a question and the answer "obviously," then edited it before anyone saw, deleting the quote and requoting it while still responding with "obviously," then edit it a second time to replace your reply.

Good game design rewards creativity, and BotW didn't do that.

i mean, other than it being fun. fun is the reward, not dying can also be the reward. if you are on low hearts, there is decent satisfaction in taking out dudes with little or no damage. and if youre late-game a powerful, you get rewarded with in-game currency and just the general fun of recking dudes

Literally the only reason why i took a screenshot was when i went to quote him it quoted in the new edited version, and not the old version which would've disappeared as soon as the page refreshed.
