Even earlier than that. Remember Trayvon Martin, who "just wanted to buy some Skittles"? Or Michael Brown, who was "a good college-bound boy who dindu nuffin"? And hey, what a neat little coinky-dink, 2 of them happened during election years (2012 and 2020). Who's going to be the lib-bait nog for 2024, I wonder?
Ackchually, you could argue this all started with Rodney King aka Rodney Kang, where all context was removed and all that was put forward to the public was a bunch of huwhite cops beating a nigger on camera. However there was still some semblance of a right wing in America and the general thought was Rodney Kang probably deserved it, especially since Kang got into more trouble after he won the nigger lottery. But the same dindu nuffins routine was ran by the lying media, it just fell on less sympathetic ears as America was a lot further to the right. It really is remarkable how far to the left America has moved since the early 90s. But that “pendulum” is totes gonna swing back any day now!

Rodney King really was the OG of the Dindu Nuffins. It's actually pretty telling that most people nowadays straight up don't remember it, and even ones you would expect to bring it up as a example never mention it again. Probably because he had to survive and prove he was really a piece of shit who deserved it by almost running someone over not even 3 months later. Explains why they keep using dead dindus, they can't come back to fuck up the good boy narrative.

Also what are those filipinos even protesting about?

exactly, the communists in 1920's germany thought the same!
If you’re saying what I think you’re saying, which is that the only true pendulum swing back is embracing national socialism, then count me in.

Rodney King got memoryholed because he kept proving the shitlords right. His death from drowning in a pool because he was fucked up on multiple drugs was a fitting end. That happened around the same time St. Baby TrayTray got mercilessly slaughtered by the white and totally not hispanic George Zimmerman.

Ok, so what do you mean by pendulum swing? What sides are you talking about Good vs Evil? There is always more than two sides to an issue. That is such a vague allegory, but here I'll give it a shot.

1: Degenracy vs Non-Degenracy
You have sane people on the left and right fighting this. Look at all laws that have been passed and propganda that has either been banned or recieved backlash. I get sick of seeing blanket statements issued to both sides because any decent person will always be opposed to troons.

2: State vs Federal
You have states slowly telling the Feds to fuck off. The Feds are also too busy fighting each other to bother get anything accomplished or done and they are also incompetent at everything they do. The Feds also rely on money to hold any sway over the states which has run out.

3: Globalism vs Isolationism
You have globalism rapidly dying since the start of 2020. You have Brics which has picked up steam and is now acting as a rival to the West. You also have rapid weakening of the US Federal Government which served as the enforcing arm of Globalhomo. Globalism requires very delicate conditions in order to survive and that has been broken.

Politics shift and change almost constantly. A Democrat 100 years ago is going to be completely different from a modern one. There are sane Leftists that see the horrific shit that is going on right now and are appalled by it. You hear about Dem politicians flipping red in response to a parties decline. Hell Trump was a lifelong Democrat and an example of a classic Liberal.

Apparantly the US Navy is using Drag Queens to try and attract young people to join

An article I read a long-ass time back on here about the military whining that having to recruit mostly from the same dozen and a half or so counties was terrible has made more and more sense to me as things have continued to rattle on in this political clusterfuck of an environment.

They really can't make any moves to reverse course and try to get their main demographic for recruitment back on board.
Yes, continue to double down on the reasons why people aren't joining. I'm sure that'll work.
The Pentagon can solve the recruitment crisis with one simple trick:

Stop being a Weimar Banana Republic, and start being a country worth dying for.

Well they are violating Civil Rights by discriminating based on race...

ACLJ must have gotten a memo. Sekulow is suddenly very concerned about Ukraine with the new assassination attempt and they noticed that Azov exists.

Deep state pivot on slav shitholes imminent

Could be that Zelensk outlived his usefulness. Or maybe the Hohols got too cocky with that "assasination attempt" on Putin and the Pentagon realized that if they actually hit Putin he will just go full Dead Hand and take D.C. with him.

Not only have I never seen this pendulum, but any time the right has been on the cusp of action, the leadership have always said, "Don't get all riled up! Now's not the time! This isn't the hill to die on! Eventually, the pendulum will swing the other way!"

It seems like conservatism is just a belief that in politics, invisible forces will eventually give you everything you want, so you never actually need to do anything, ever, at all.
It would make sense on the basis of many Christcucks being right wing as well. "Pendulum will revert we swear" "God will rid us of this evil we swear." Very similar in notion.
The pendulum does exist and you guys are being stupid and blackpilled. You are letting current political views get in the way of looking back to previous political views and paradigms.

In the subject of American politics, the 2 big shows of the pendulum swinging to the right in recent history are Nixon in 68 (with a small swing and then in 72 holding against hard pressure to swing back), then pendulum got unlocked by CIA niggers and Carter rode it to the left. And in 1980 you had the hard shift right with Reagan after the hell that was the 1970's massive push left.

People straight up don't remember, because in part there has been a lot of work by "academics" to rewrite and hide, but the 1970's saw a insane push towards left wing shit quite in line with modern progressive shit. NAMBlA was a big thing then, so was pushes for pornography and more promiscuity. There were literal commie guerrilas going around, doing double digits of bombings on a belief the Revolution was RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER GUYS!!! You even had places who tried and ignore the War on Drugs Nixon started to go for "legalization" and try and white wash it, which is how NYC ended up with a clinic funded by the city that gave people drugs and was pretty much a legalized heroin and cocaine den.
I don't know if I would call it a pendulum to be honest. This implies in a cycle both sides hit a reaching point and it just flies back to the other dynamic and paradigm, but each time these shifts happen in history a lot of the concepts, ideals and more are permanently ingrained allowing usually one side to make more permanent ground than the other, and the shift still concedes ground to one side. I'm not saying it's hopeless, but I would say this belief in a "karmatic" force resetting an extreme push by one side is not real. For instance will Britain/UK once becoming muslim caliphates will they just randomly do a 180 into Christian/repel the invader nations after a period, because it seems like a permanent change to me at that point. Or t use the middle east, when is that pendulum going to swing and bring the Christian numbers back that were eradicated by the muzzies? Although religious groups and politics are somewhat different I feel it's an adequate comparison considering Islam is basically a political-belief system.

Merely, the belief a pendulum swing will happen no matter what is a very big risk to take on certain beliefs and values. Sometimes if they shift too far those ideals aren't coming back, and that's why some things should be fought tooth and nail regardless of the possibility of a pendulum swing existing or not. At the micro level maybe this pendulum shift is real, but I feel macro level things in context are more at risk of being permanent or gone forever. The very reason why certain hills are most certainly worth dying on. By merely thinking everything can fall into this pendulum swing/shift, people may be sealing or losing what they thought would remain forever on a mistaken concept.
