The timing's perfect for a Writer's Strike reality show for Rick. Each episode is an hour of a camera on him on his couch or bar stools, with an overlay with what he's tweeting while he's sitting there, realtime. You can see him argue with his toilet on Twitter with a totally expressionless face, like a gambling addict who either just won or just lost five grand, the affect doesn't change. Just a hidden camera pointing to the couch, and Hooligans' security footage. Chilling.

Three of the pests who have fucked with him have been identified for a long time and the only thing he did was try to get a restraining order against one of them, nothing to the others, even when they showed up to his house. None of them interacted with the house mind you other than taking pictures from outside and he knew at the time. Personally I doubt he has any money to burn on a lawsuit and going pro se would make him look like self publishing would in his mind I'm assuming so that's right out for him.
