Chris roaming relatively free is understandable when you consider that the staff of tard homes are some mixture of:

1. Overworked, underfunded angels who have to deal with toddlers in 300 lb gorilla bodies punching holes in walls all day
2. Lazy incompetent niggers trying to scam the most tax dollars possible in exchange for the absolute bare minimum of care

Should Chris have a minder when he's out and about? Probably. But if the staff can get the docile ones out of their hair for a couple hours, risking most likely nothing but the mild annoyance of the general public, they will.

Very interesting that he's suddenly so out and about. I think he must just be bored to tears at the home with no internet access and no toys, so he finally decided to brave the outside world for an ounce of entertainment.

I was a little surprised at first that he's unaccompanied but if you think about it, it makes sense. His only victim was Barb, so as long as he's following the restraining order and not trying to contact her then he's probably pretty free to do what he wants, within reason. He probably has a curfew, or a certain time frame each day that he's allowed to go fuck around before he has to report back to the home. I'm surprised that he seems so adept at getting around, but the autistic desire for toys is a huge motivator for him lol.

Why hasn't he returned to the internet?

Some have speculated his lawyer but as a condition of his release not to return to the internet. Others have speculated someone at the group home convinced him not to go back on the internet.

The fact is until Chris diverges why we will never know.
The only other candidate that possibly knows is praetor and dear God no one really wants to talk to that guy.

Yeah they probably believe that it was an isolated case brought about by extraordinary circumstances.
After such a big scare and getting pulled back down to earth by prison they might have decided that he still needed to be watched over but don't think he'll go rape someone else.

Thanks to Bob and Barb Chandler's homemade mainstreaming, is it any surprise as to why Chris failed high school English and why he struggled in college? What always gives me a good laugh in one of the BraveryJerk videos, Chris (who I think was 35 years old at the time), did not know what the word "oppressed " was. Unfortunately Chris learned more from cartoons and porn than the American education system. That's pathetic.
