Yeah, why would the recruiter summarize the interview for the interviewee? "Just to recap, here are the funny things you said and did." This kind of post used to make the rounds on Reddit a lot, and I thought people were wise to it by now.

Antiwork people have never had real jobs and don't know that this kind of shit is actually really rare. The hustlers and grinders share a belief in this kind of alpha boss for the same reason, and also because they're black or white trash and that kind of obnoxious and arrogant behavior is how "successful" people behave in their world.
