My belief is that it was an accident during a weapon's test in the Tomlinson advanced weapons lab when he tried to piss in a super soaker but got splashback. Sometimes you have to push the boundaries of weaponry to defeat the evil Putler.

There's a number of cows whose one redeeming feature is the clear affection they have for their pets. It really highlights the ones who also have pets but also don't seem to give a shit about them.
