Yeah I checked some info on cs.rin.ru and apparently they were offline only temporarily, and now they're back. Similar thing happened to RuTracker not too long ago. Both cases were probably due to maintenance or some minor network issues but with sites like these you always have this feeling it was the end of them.

Torrminatorr was down partially due to personal reasons ADMIN was dealing with which caused him to step away from the site for a while. During that time hosting costs lapsed so the site was put in a "timeout". Someone from cs.rin footed the bill to keep the domain alive and a little bit after that people were able to get in touch with ADMIN who then spun the site back up. Site should be good for at least the next year or two, but I wouldn't count on it being around forever.
