Best of Corporate Pride Month Items - Gotta get me some of that demographic money, right boys?

Pride month is now government mandated to last for four months. Enjoy your rainbow washed Summer. Notice how Canada has lumped the Women AND Gender Equality briefs together into one department.

Not corporate pride month items but seemed relevant.

"2SLGBTQI+"

What in the fuck. At this rate in a few years it's going to look like a decent password.

Welcome to pride year 2026! where 6LGBT420$TQIAPP&7SPED+ are celebrated across the world!! Remember if you don't suck the tranny cock you will be shot on site.

Something really might be going down, though. I don't know about Target, but where I live (wokesville) the major national grocery chain put out only a pitiful tiny folding table display for Pride this year. And it was there for all of a week-10 days before getting pushed against the back wall where all the expired holiday candy goes. It was replaced by an enormous, elaborate patriotic goods/memorial day/july 4 display, the likes of which I have not seen around here in over a decade.

Thunkful.

This is actually fucking interesting. I think that this backlash will damper the corporate pride celebrations a bit. The Budlight situation could be written off as a one time thing that happened to a shitty beer that blue collar workers drink, but it happening to Target is much more impactful. First because Target is the upper middle class' Walmart, and as we know that demographic is more woke than others. Second is this is the second big corpopride outrage this year - one time is a fluke. A second time starts to become more than a coincidence and means that a third isn't out of the realm of possibility. Third is that the higher ups responded. Theyve established a model that other companies can copy when the backlash comes their way. But I think after seeing this other corporations might just not push their pride stuff or if they do, it'll be very watered down. A lot of the tech layoffs were DEI jobs and I bet that DEI jobs were laid off in the non tech sector too. It might be a bit lacking in corpopride items, but the culture of war is coming to a head so there will be a flourish of entertaining videos

It's also gonna make employees pissed at their extra workload. All those items that are being removed someone who works at returns has to scan and mark them in the system ONE BY ONE. And if it works as it did from my experience there there is usually only 1 or 2 people with that access.

The items they are discussing as salvage means the company has to eat that money. It is either red tagged and destroyed or green tagged and sent back to corp to be put on ultra clearance at some time. There is a yellow tag too but that is for expensive items.

I have heard anecdotally from a couple people I know who work in management at 2 different popular American retail stores that they are being instructed to proactively- despite having had no "incidents"- to move all their pride shit to a back shelf where whoever is manning a counter can watch it. And they were sent about 1/3 as much pride shit as they were in 21 and 22.

A generations that lived through the “don’t shove your religion down our throats era” shocked that people don’t like having trans stuff shoved down theirs.

In an unrelated note, I checked to see if a family member’s Google Pixel has able to charge overnight and, I shit you not, the launch logo was literally the trans flag colors.

I’ve been wanting to throw this phone out the window for other myriad reasons, but this is the closest I’ve come. Time for a trade in I think.

This is the first pride shit I've seen this year aside from the grey skittles that had been on the shelves since last June.
Walmart never goes all out, it was actually a little weird seeing this just stuck on an end cap. At least you'll be able to go to the beach look over the towels to see if it's ok to bring your children.

I saw this at the store today and got a good chuckle. I'm not sure if you would call this "mask off", or just blame it on everybody having two week memory spans these days. But wasn't it only around a year ago dogs (and kids) were getting monkeypox, both coincidentally in gay households? I guess the gay pride umbrella has to include your dog now too.
I want to post an update for you guys. Last time I went into the store there were two shelfs on the sides of the aisles selling the gay treats, with maybe one box sold. I come in today and notice they're both mysteriously missing. Before pride month even started, no less! (no pics because I don't want to self-dox at all lol)
Fellas, I don't wanna jump to conclusions here, but with the shit going on with Target as of last week... are they afraid?
