Seamus said it best, the words are all right, but the delivery is wrong. The biggest thing I think DeSantis needs to learn is making concepts bite sized and delivering them in a spaced out manner so it sticks better. Something a lot of intelligent people do is they ramble too much and try to inject too much nuance into a statement, when in reality you want to distill it down as much as possible and convey one simple thought at a time to get the concept across properly.

I think a good example of a low energy voice that does delivery effectively is someone like Benjamin and if you pay attention to how he lays out everything it's very simple and there are a lot of breaks in statements:

The problem is, is that Tim always shirks from drama and claims that it's not what he does, but all of his biggest streams are drama related and usually because of the guest and not him. People weren't really there for Tim, they were there to hear Crowder's beef with DW, which some credit goes to Tim for booking him, but claiming it was all his own doing is kind of dumb.
