I would like to celebrate this thread breaching 1,000 pages by posing a question:
DID NICK CELEBRATE HIS BIRTHDAY AT A GAY BAR UNDERWEAR PARTY?
THE BACKGROUND
A quick summary for those who may have missed it: this past Thursday (December 15) Nick announced that he was going with his wife to an underwear party to celebrate his birthday.

The three salient points from Nick's statements:
1) Nick and Lady Rackets were going to an underwear party this past Saturday at a bar somewhere in the Twin Cities area.
2) They also planned to go to the same bar on Friday night for karaoke.
3) Lady Rackets had unspecified surprises for Nick throughout both nights.
Later in the stream a drunken Nick brings up his birthday plans again before initiating another attack on "anti-fun" people on the Internet, and ends up dropping an anti-gay slur so suddenly that Dick Masterson literally recoils to avoid being seen to be nodding in agreement with Nick:

But did Nick's big birthday trip consist of going to the same gay bar two nights in a row?
THE INVESTIGATION
Nick laughed when he first said he was going to an underwear bar. That suggested to me there may be something he wasn't telling us. Nick wanted the Locals degens to know he and his wife were going out on the town wearing only their underwear, but what was he hiding? Was it Hedonism II all over again?
To try and identify the establishment Nick went to this past weekend, I wanted to find a bar that was in the Twin Cities, that held a karaoke night on Friday, and an underwear party on Saturday. The first thing I noticed: the bars that I was able to find in Minneapolis or Saint Paul that advertised an underwear night seemed to be gay bars, but most held such nights infrequently, at most once a month. Time to look further.
I quickly narrowed in on the very first result for "Minneapolis Underwear Party".
It's an establishment called Gay 90s which advertises itself as "the epicenter of gay nightlife in downtown Minneapolis". On December 17 they advertised their "Exposed Underwear Party" that night, which invited patrons to "CHECK YOUR MODESTY & CLOTHES AT THE DOOR":

...And on December 16, they advertised karaoke:

Their social media presence reveals that they have six separate bars and three dance floors, allowing them to hold multiple events in the same night. It should be qualified that it seems to also welcome a significant, perhaps even majority, presence of straight clientele, with one recent 1-star review on TripAdvisor stating "it's a place where straight women and questioning men go to dance and watch drag shows":
THE SMOKING GUN?
The timing of the events provide decent circumstantial evidence as it is, but I wouldn't post it without something more.
Last night I buckled down to try and see if I could find anything else on social media. I checked the bar's Instagram account for stories and I found nothing, so I went to Snapchat.
For those unaware, Snapchat users can choose to link their current location when they post Snapchat stories. If they also choose make their account public, anyone can view their posts on a section of the Snapchat website called Snap Maps. I decided to click through today and see what I could find over the last two days.
It turns out someone appears to have posted a video of Karaoke night. Turn your volume up all the way, ignore the person singing and pay close attention to the people yelling over her, whose voices get more clear around 0:20:

Sorry for the low quality screen recording, by the time I was helped out with how to download the videos directly they aged out of the algorithm.
To conclude...
DID NICK CELEBRATE HIS BIRTHDAY AT A GAY BAR'S UNDERWEAR PARTY?
I don't know. The voice appears to sound like him. The timing of the events held at the club fits with what he said on his Thursday stream. But I don't have any definitive confirmation.
I also don't care if he went. Nick can do what he wants. I'm not a social conservative. I have literally no moral problem at all with him going to a gay bar.
If it happened, the problem for me would be the hypocrisy where Nick directs anti-gay slurs at people making fun of him the night before he goes to a gay bar for the first of two nights in a row,.
Not to mention the stupidity that he didn't think people would look up underwear bars and check out the very top result, this literally took me 30 seconds to find. The Snap Maps thing took another 10 minutes.
