This is exactly why Wu is salty about the lack of a blue check. Verified isn't just a "you are who you say you are" on Twitter, it's a badge of honour. She so desperately wants Twitter to validate her incredible importance.

That and I'm pretty certain at one point they had multiple CC licenses, and still have at least one active. AAAAnd the trailer uses some standard premade after effects sequences which means she went out of her way to use software that doesn't interface with after effects very well while owning a version of premiere that works like a dream with it.

If you want to know the actual reason she doesn't get verified, it's actually pretty stupid.

Basically, verification comes with a suite of self-modding tools that allow you to much easier deal with the likes of trolls and harassers online, including a suite of filtering tools. Brianna Wu with these would essentially have a system in which she had to actually use them, and ergo be less of a fucking professional victim.

That's just not happening, given that Brianna being a shrieking professional victim (and idiot) is all she's ever been good at.

Everyone knew Geordi sucked with women. That was his thing. Even Wesley made fun of him for falling in love with a hologram. It's almost like the show was aware a huge chunk of it's audience was awkward men. I just wish they had kept the hairstyle of the guy who tried on the early versions of Geordi's costume.
