Damn, I wasn't sure if Vickers had done anything, but if he's shamefully deleting all his tweets after saying he wouldn't, the boy is definitely buckbroken. That's a decade of tweeting gone, like tears in the rain.
I think money is much more of an issue for Ralph. We know from Meigh's "So where's the money?" line stung him, but it also revealed that Ralph basically has no savings. He has to stream to have anything, he has to stream to eat and keep up on the power and rent in his sweatbox. Having to pay $500, he can probably stomach, especially with the apparent reduction in booze. But another $6k in fees? That's practically a trip to Rome!

I haven't watched "the world famous Killstream" lately, but even before Meigh bolted the stable, he was maybe pulling in $200-$300 a show. Those fees would almost wipe out a month of streaming for Ralph these days.

Add on to that Faith's additional complaints, which the judge may be sympathetic to, given the outcome of this contempt charge, and it could get ugly quick. This could be blood in the water.

Yeah, deleting the tweets may give him some leeway with the court (I tried to make good), but I'm would guess the damning ones are archived. Sadly for Ralph, it doesn't matter if you try to clean up after the "crime".

Above assumes that Vickers somehow doesn't shoot himself in his own dick. Which so far, he's been hitting about three-quarters of the time.

Ralph is in bad financial straits. Sure he has made money over the years but he's so stupid and short-sighted he pissed it all away and he will never, ever pull in the type of money he lucked into years ago. He's got absolutely nothing to show for all the supposed money he's made and needs to e-beg hard and long to keep a roof over his head in the third world.

Vegas and gambling apps have far more of Ralph's money than Ralph. His biggest claims to anything is worthless property his daddy left him when he died and a pawpaw pimp ring that his uncle gave him. I don't think he made $200,000 last year (but he definitely badly wants people to believe he did) but if he did that's even more pathetic anyone that made $200k shouldn't be living like absolute trash in off-season Mexico and with a truck that he owes more on than it's worth.

I never get people thinking Ralph is rich or has money. We clearly see how he lives, no body even moderately successful or rich lives like Ralphamale. He crossed the border in the opposite directions he's so fucking poor, not because he wanted to save money. I think the photo of Rozy in a onsie she had outgrown, in filthy socks, on the floor of a dirty rental home in Mexico was a good snapshot of Ralph's financial position.

The weirdest part to me is his mother had a degree in accounting. Sandra could have at least set him on the right path when he started making some cash, and I'm sure she tried, but he was too pigheaded to take any guidance from her and long ago enrolled in the "dumb white trash cheat and leech" school of non-financial planning.

I might be off on my hog lore, but didn't Sandra sell the crack shack to the guy they ended up renting it from? Maybe she had book smarts but not street smarts?

One other thing that came to mind- going into the contempt hearing about Faith's DRO (or whatever it was, Ralph's violations of the restraining order for Faith), Ralph streamed the night before that he was legitimately scared. A rare moment of lucidity for Ralph in an otherwise drug and alcohol haze.

Now, Vickers managed to own goal that in a spectacular fashion, by 1. having his dumb young daughter represent herself and 2. directing her to present no case at all.

However, as is often the case with Ralph, his victories often turn into defeats. While he strutted out of that court room in victory, celebrating over a 9am beer, his Horse bolted, with foal in tow. Faith allowed to refile, maybe on different issues, maybe on some of the prior ones. Vickers case looming in the background. Yeah, it's all petty internet name calling. That doesn't mean it's not a violation of the DRO.

Ralph knew this. He knows he's talked about how loose (in almost every definition of the word) Faith is, about the her character, the character of Faith's s.o. (which probably wouldn't be a violation), about the Vickers clan in general. He knows exactly why his lawyer dumped him. Ralph has no fear of God (knowing he is damned and has no intent to repent), for he has no sense of the future. But Ralph has a concept of tomorrow, and he sure does fear prison.

A combination of finances and fear of those dark, stinky, stained concrete walls has buck broken the little piggie, causing him to even abort his own legacy- his twitter, recently saved months ago by a(n alleged) pedo. Now, it is nothing more than a husk of what it once was.

Edit: a word for clarity ("no intent", rather than "to intent")

Accountants can give good advice, but not follow it themselves but I'll give a lot of leeway to Sandra. We know she was going to dialysis regularly so that means she had had pretty severe kidney disease/ renal failure for years. A single mom who suddenly gets a deadly chronic illness like kidney disease is pretty much fucked when it comes to being able to support herself, her family and afford the medical care needed to stay alive - unless she is in a cushy corporate position that has coverage for such events. It sounds like Sandra just did the books for lots of small businesses over the years.

I figure Sandra had to pretty much choose poverty so she could qualify for medicaid and welfare to survive. She would have to make less than $16k a year to get medicaid. It would explain losing the the house, assets can dis- qualify for medicaid but if she's broke and disabled she could qualify for HUD which would pay her rent at the house.

I refer to Sandra as a "single mom" because she had to play that role to the end even though she had one healthy adult son who was perfectly capable of working to help her. Instead he chose to sit on his fat ass and leech off the meager welfare benefits of his sick mom for eighteen years. Sandra might not have given him much advice on his windfall income because Ralph probably hid it from her for the most part.

Ralph is definitely the type of guy to not tell his sick mom about money he got because then she might expect him to give her some or pay back for all the years of leeching. So Ralph just quietly did stupid shit with the money so he could have it all to himself and not have to spend any on his mom.

He demonstrated this type of cheap fuck, greedy mindset with Pantsu and Rozy. Having to fully support Pantsu and Rozy, after Harry stopped the subsidies, resulted in the relationship ending within months (Two plus years of Harry supporting Pantsu kept the relationship afloat.)

Vickers usually manages to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory but on this occasion it looks like Ralph is bleeding like the stuck pig he is.

He must have pretty good aim, because I bet he gives Ralph a run for his money in the thumb-dick department.

Can't a judge just sopena tweets from Twitter directly? I don't know why a judge would bother but if he did it would bring up some classic gems, like that time he liked a post calling him badass for releasing the revenge porn.

Man I wish I could sopena stuff. Especially if I could just abuse my power all the time.

I recall ralph sad-tweeting about her death a couple months ago, saying shit like "I hear her voice in my head every day. she gives me good advice, but I just don't listen, lol". So yeah you are absolutely correct.

Short answer: no.

Subpoenas are requested by a party; the Court then issues an order (the subpoena itself) to compel whoever has the material requested to produce it. The requesting party would share the information received with the other party and submit whatever part of it they want to be considered as evidence in their case (and the other party can do the same, if they want it in). The Court typically* does not go looking for evidence, and the decision is based on properly submitted and entered evidence only. Judges must be independent and impartial, and must appear independent and impartial, and independent investigation of a litigant would not be either.

*I want to say "never," but I guess there might be some kinds of cases where a court could sua sponte (= on its own, not requested by a party) request/seek information, but I don't know what that would be. Specific to the Ralph-Vickers most recent skirmish, "contempt of court" (the source of Ethan's fines/most recent hearing), although considered (as the Court noted in the decision vs Ralph) an offense against the Court itself, is still an action brought by a party [when it's not something that happens during a trial (for example, a witness properly called to testify who refuses to talk and has no basis for it)]. But afaik, a motion/hearing for contempt still operates evidence-wise like any other case (meaning that evidence has to be presented by a party; the Court does not go seeking information). Side note: I do believe that, generally/maybe depending on jurisdiction, judges can access documentation - such as, for example, a criminal defendant's other open cases - if that information is also available/accessible by all the parties (public) and shared with the parties), but that's about the limit, and that's assuming it's not being looked at by the Court for improper purposes. Others may know better/for sure.

Tl; dr: courts don't do parties' advocacy jobs for them, and decisions are based on evidence offered by parties, not stuff the judge decides to go hunting for. And courts can't willy-nilly decide to go forcing people/organizations to produce documents for no reason other than judicial curiosity.

For reference if you're bored, here's a link to California's judicial ethics code:

The annotations in ^ give you a lot of the "why," and explanation of what is intended by the words in the code itself.

according to the twitter blue page, it's because he changed his profile photo.

View attachment 5157233
Apparently he changed his profile pic to a photo of a hideous hog monster and Twitter has to figure out if they allow pics which might frighten small children. He should have gone with something less controversial, like a photo of a corncob, everyone can laugh at those.

I assumed the delay was because Twitter required an inquest to figure out how a pig had learned to tweet.

"Hello my fellow Ivans! Today we bring you most trusted news in motherland. Americansky bad and stinky, blyt, and to corroborate our point, we bring you testimony from pig mouth itself. Here we have suka americansky, but he lives in american Belarus (Mexico). If pig monster americansky say "idi nahui blyat" to it's own porcine country, then we speak truth, when we say americansky is stinky".
