Randazza was supposed to be the lawyer for Alex Jones in the Sandy Hook Trial, but the judge ruled he was too unethical. Per HuffPost, this is what was regarded as his unethical behavior:
In 2009, he’d taken a job as in-house counsel for a group of porn companies known as Excelsior/Liberty. But he sold out his employer for side money, according to an arbitrator’s ruling. After getting caught, Randazza waged lawfare against Excelsior/Liberty for years. The dispute only exposed him as a scoundrel. In 2015, he lost decisively in arbitration, then declared bankruptcy to avoid paying $600,000 in damages.

Being known as the founder of an organization does not entitle that person to run amok and put his own interests ahead of that organization. Defendant James O’Keefe (“O’Keefe”) failed in his duties to Plaintiff, Project Veritas, causing it serious and significant damage. O’Keefe must be held accountable, as must the organization O’Keefe created, Defendant Transparency 1, LLC d/b/a O’Keefe Media Group (“OMG”) for suborning his violations. Similarly, two individuals formerly affiliated with Plaintiffs, Defendants RC Maxwell (“Maxwell”) and Anthony Iatropoulos (“Iatropoulos”) breached their own contracts with Plaintiffs for the benefit of OMG.
This leaves a very important question for someone like Nick who is all about the 1st Amendment. Does he agree with his lawyer (most likely to not get charged another $10k) or does he fight for James O'Keefe and freeze peach?!

Well I guess that explains why Nick hasn't done a read through of the O'Keefe lawsuit. Plus it appears he is on a two week vacation of some sort. Probably to another swinger destination. Be sure to bring Drex along. You can't leave the bull at home.
Not to mention Nick's recent rant about people who come to a "Rekieta Law" channel and inappropriately expect to hear and the law and legal issues.
I am not sure Nick can make it as a lifestyle channel. A drunken washed out nonpracticing lawyer with a train wreak of a personal life that he puts on display for the public. I don't think many people will want to follow his lead. If he doesn't take any cases, that knife would get a dull over time with nothing to sharpen it. You would think he would take at least one case at a time, a light load, in order to keep his head in the game.
I predict that Nick's audience will start to peter off and they learn that the whole reason they came to his channel in the first place isn't what they are getting anymore. Nick's "based" rants are starting to look more and more performative. Angry yelling on issues that really are not aggrieving yourself so much over. People will start to see it more and more for what it is. A dramatic act.

In other words, he is inducing normies to believe reasonably that they are tuning into a law channel, rather than a balldo channel, then using their reliance upon his false pretenses to increase his income, thereby benefiting. There's a legal word for that and it is fraud.
False advertising is a more specific one.
