Does she have a schizoeffective disorder, or just bipolar? Either way she could definitely have one that's not diagnosed. I hope this episode doesn't last 6+ months, PT might be a shitty person but I'm still worried about her health and safety.In schizoaffectice disorders, positive symptoms can persist six + months. I don't know how long it can go on, but I feel like if it's widely known to persist six or more months, it can get really bad.
Sarah looks clean and well-groomed, and AFAIK has no one in her life who loves her enough to help her with ADLs like that. She's well enough to maintain herself, so that's at least a little encouraging.

So what's the deal with making side money on unemployment? Could Pixy get into trouble for selling paintings? It's not like she's working under the table at her friend's restaurant while getting unemployment benefits. But she's still selling her creations for money. Is there any way that she could get cut off from her benefits for doing this? I feel she'd break down even worse if that happened.

Painting/art can also be therapeutic for mental illness. It's not a substitute for proper medication, but its better than nothing.
Unfortunately I think PT's mental health will continue to deteriorate as long as she lives with her parents. It sounds like a very toxic situation all around.

You are allowed to make a small portion of money with things like arts and crafts, resale, etc. It depends on how much you receive in unemployment each month but I can almost guarantee you that she is not selling enough in artwork to reach that limit. Shes totally within her legal right to make a small side profit. Once again its just her parents trying to upset her.
Edit: I found the rules for Texas unemployment. Like I said, I don't know how much she receives, but she is allowed to make up to 25% of it on the side, and that's typically for "real" jobs, not the side stuff she's doing.

As you can see, she's baffled that no one understands the vagueness of "I grab". She doesn't seem to understand that no one sees what she sees. Pixy is no longer living in the same world as everyone else. She lives in a world where men grab their stomach penises in public and rock back and forth.
And while she claims she can prove the existence of her stomach penis that the doctors tried to remove, so far she hasn't done so. But as I said before up thread, the answers we are getting are the answers. It only needs to make sense to Pixy in order to be true to her. She cannot parse why we don't understand her reality the same way we cannot parse her delusions. Pixy isn't in Kansas anymore.
She's not making a lot of effort to pass because she already sees herself as a man full stop. Her idea that men go about their day grabbing, rocking and thrusting any old time is totally acceptable to her because somehow she has interpreted her ticks, stims, quirks (I'm not sure what you call these actions) as masculine exclusive behavior. They line up with her delusion that there's a hidden penis inside of her.

I know we aren't supposed to pozload my neghole,but what I wouldnt give to live closer to Texas. I wouldn't approach her, or harass her in any way. I would just love to see her out in public during one of these "misgendering" instances. is it all in her head and she embellishes the situation later on in her FB posts?
