A ton of welfare leeches won't make it either once the Government can't pay them to do nothing anymore. Once that happens and they have to restructure the finances you probably will never see a welfare system again. It'll be painful for a few years but it will be worth it as America will have to return to a sustainable way of life which it has the capacity to do.
