From what I remember, reddit jannies can't actually delete content, just remove it from visibility. The removal can be undone just as easily. The admins could do it, but more likely they would just have loyalist jannies do it for them. Would be a great parting shot, but mostly a symbolic inconvenience.

I get what you are saying, someone who is big in the game who is atleast keeping a face up about being anti censorship and standing up to new-leftist aka woke dominated megacompanies who are viciously drunk with the power of censorship, however he has done a lot of sketchy shit in the past, and the public persona of being a memelord at times feels like he is just imitating meme culture and embracing his cult of personality. It feels like an extremely well built fake. Take a gander at his thread on the farms for details about seedy dealings. That and many of his statements and ideas sound technocratic and a slightly unhinged at times, sorta like zakharov from SMAC except real.

I think all of those are ruqqus-based, but the point is true. There's more feature-rich link aggregators already open-sourced. Trying to do it from the ground up is really unnecessary when there's 10 other decent code bases to build upon
