Alone, I wouldn't think much of it since often times captured conscripts will say anything to appease their captors even if they know their captors won't torture them or anything. If you're a conscript, you're not fighting out of your own volition. Saying something your captors want to hear might get you special treatment you wouldn't have gotten otherwise.
The Soviet Union at least had a massive, and I mean massive, manpower reserve to fall back on to help make up for those mistakes.

At the rate it is going (If the reported UAF casualties are accurate) the Russians are going to get a shot of making a repeat of the Manchurian strategic offensive where units outrun both their ground and air resupply lines and just completely obliterate the entirety of the Ukrainian southern front.
You could probably break it, but it involves having force parity in most areas and an edge over the Russians*, or nuclear weapons. That's not happening here and the only advantage they have is intelligence.

No, actually newer, AMX-13-75 is a tracked tank from the early cold war with a revolver like autoloading drum in 75mm (later 90mm) and the AMX-10RC is a wheeled "tank"* with a 105mm gun and does not have the magazine drum found in the AMX-13. It does not have an autoloader. Highly mobile, amphibious and poorly armored though, as you can expect in an assault on fortified positions and not a meeting/trailing engagement, it does poorly which leads to western media is coping because as "bad" (even though it is not being used in it's intended role).

I'll put it at 60% glowies, 30% Zelensky, and 10% conscripts. The conscripts aren't good at what they do, but it has more to do with them being poorly utilized. They'd probably do their best as territorial defenders. They aren't good at fighting, but the reasons why is largely out of their control. The Zelensky government is middle management grifters trying to prosecute an offensive campaign with poorly trained conscripts, but they're not the ones in charge. It's the West's leadership and surprisingly shitty logistics network that is the reason why Ukraine is losing.
