Confirmed that Cyrax actually hit the guy with the bat and swung on him multiple times, so that's an upgraded Aggravated Assault charge, more than likely. He's not a first time offender either, this is the third or fourth time he's attempted to assault people/assaulted people.

The usual rule in most states is you await trial in jail, or you serve time for petty punishments of less than a year. Prison is where you go for more than a year.
