Basically, you spend the night in jail. You get in a fight, driving drunk, get caught pissing on a cop car, you get arrested and spend the night in jail or until you make bail.

You get sent to prison by the judge after you've been found guilty of your crimes, and you ain't getting out by just paying some money.

It's kindof a misconception that retards get completely taken advantage of in the pernetentiary, ofcourse it changes from place-to-place, but most of the time there's usually some moral figure that will take them under their wing and protect them, maybe even inducting them into a gang. HOWEVER. If Cyraxx doesn't bathe, he's gonna get sockbath'd somethin' hard, inmates HATE bad smells, it's one of the only things they can control and if you willingly choose to stink despite having soap to use, you'll either get put on the door or forced into the shower. He's likely not going to have any commissary, but, given the absolutely pathetic nature of Marty's Discord, I wouldn't put it past them to pay inmates commissary to beat him up after sharing a list of stories with them. Sorry @Dyn it's gonna happen whether we like it or not. Now the fact that he's not a legit pedophile and just a retard, difference being he legit has the brain of a 12 year old and isn't a grown man licking his lips when he sees a playground, might help him in that manner, but the second someone gets a vibe that he might be a kid diddler he's either gonna get put on the door or, in the unlucky case, killed. Hope this clarifies a few things, life isn't like the prison TV shows, people are tremendously nice in jail because it's either be nice or make things worse in a place you can't escape or go to the box yourself. Gangs are some real shit though, and if he does something like try to rob a brother he might get his neck broken.
