I'm not sure that Nick actually heard the word swingers and I think he was just responding to hearing the word banquet through the din of multiple voices. But even so, your point remains that it's rather odd and unlikely she would make a random joke like that.

I also notice that every clip I've seen from the D&D streams Nick looks like a total buzzkill. I don't have any exact quotes or clips to bring up but I recall him bitching and moaning for weeks and weeks every time he had to go on that show and he often used it as an excuse to not do Monday shows, or whatever day it was on. Law & Crime and Court TV do cover lots of cases 3-4 day cases, you're correct. The question is, will it make any money on a day stream? Will those quick and easy cases be interesting enough? Many can be open-and-shut cases which might not be entertaining, perhaps even worse than a weeks long trial filled with drama?

When I ask will shorter trials make money, it''s a genuine ask. At this point, it's difficult to measure since he hasn't done short trials during the day before. I'd be interested to see the metrics when/if it happens.

We're at the point where it's pretty obvious that Nick and his wife are probably in an open relationship or hotwifing. Every other stream is Nick getting bitchy about his fans/ distractors/ a-logs on stream and breaking up the point of his show. I don't think Null follows this thread because it's a potential Dick Masterson 2.0, except Rekieta had a veneer of respectability and he's hoping that Rekieta will have a 'Come to Jesus' moment (he won't Nick is killing his audience harder than Ralph killed his Blood Sports audience).

I think a portion of his audience did enjoy the Lead Attorney, Law of Self-Defense, and other single older men talking about crazy shit they've seen with women as lawyers with asides to their personal relationships. However, that's like background plot that really can't sustain itself and got annoying when the show just devolved to that, it's like when Null talks about Chantal I tune it out because it's just a fat Canadian woman being insufferable, but it's only a portion of the whole show. Sometimes the Chantal segment becomes like a 1/3 of the stream, but those are slow weeks and it can still be mildly entertaining when I don't hear her voice.

I don't know if it's the drugs re-wiring his brain to be equivalent to a gay man in the 80's who blames Nancy Reagan for his inability to not get raw dogged by fifteen men in a bathhouse, but he's past trippling down. For those who don't follow vtuber drama, the other day Nick's good friend Camelot, who Pippa collabed with on a stream, posted a joke about Pippa, claiming some random woman in a picture was her as she vaguely looked like what we know of her. This obviously caused some issues, and considering she's part of a company it could have caused problems with various NDA's she has to sign, as well as management already not liking collabs with people in the Rekieta sphere. So people were legitimately upset, especially because Camelot has been clout chasing her ever since the collab in weird ways.

Nick is obviously butthurt that management from her company wouldn't approve a collab with him, and with what happened here, probably will never do so:
