It is puzzling. One thing we know is Aella gets bored extremely quickly. Part of this may be because she grew up in a conservative cult and her formative teen years were spent extremely online, living in a sort of internet-based fantasy world. When you're extremely online, dopamine hits come fast and quick, but it's easy to get bored. Compound that with Aella's natural tendency to become bored, and maybe you need to start new accounts a lot. She often tweets about about how she has difficulty even having normal conversations in real life, often becoming bored or exhausted.

So I'm guessing she gets bored of one account, especially once her schtick becomes tired (weird Twitter surveys) and then seeks out other audiences, other personas. "Here's my rational philosophical account, now I'm switching to my cam girl / onlyfans account, now to my sugarbaby account!"
