What are the odds Nick read that how to be a sociopath book and did that whole “ask advice on a small problem to create a mutually beneficial relationship” because it’s make sense if he did that to start, but didn’t do the whole “maintain relationships until they are no longer in your favor” part because he got lost in the sauce.

Rekieta is up and is tweeting again. A new detractor has received an invite to take their conversation to DMs.
"DM me bro" Why does he keep doing this? Even if he had some ultimate slam dunk in DMs from the outside it just looks like he is conceding the argument and doing anything just to make the other person stop talking.

You both know if that guy DMs Rekieta all he'll get in response is nudes.

Rekieta has an alleged deep and long-held belief of how bad drama is for people and "the grift". Here is what Nick had to say during the Clip Channelgeddon in early March of this year:

Nick Rekieta recently joined, and directly propagated, the Pippa/Camelot331 VTuberdrama even to the point of condemning her company and fanbase (allegedly he and Camelot331 are doing this on her behalf since she can't say anything publicly) and propagating the idea that Camelot has received many death threats. All this without receipts because they think its funny(?). For someone who hates drama, Nick sure loves stirring the pot.

This is also Rekieta during an approx. 8 hour Twitter spat with Matt 6 Bahr on the 4th of July. Nick could have let it go after Matt's initial response, but had to push it with this person Nick "[doesn't] even know".

Nick gets involved:

Counterpoint from Matt:

From non-beneficial to mutually beneficial:

Though Nick has said that it makes booking guests more difficult, his take on fights being "mutually beneficial" invites the idea that he believes fights are a way to create content or even bait collaboration (pick a fight for content to get people interested and then have a makeup stream). Not sure if this is what he was trying to do with Matt as he has a limited audience (likely just Nick's ego on display). However, the idea of getting into fights online for fun and profit is present.

Possible that Nick was trying this tactic with Pippa. Instead of "Don't self-delete, Pippa. COME ON MY SHOW." from earlier this year, it would be "Crazy things were said. Let's bury the hatchet, Pippa. COME ON MY SHOW."

It's doubtful that that Nick ever held the sincere belief that "all drama is bad". Having burned through a lot of people's good-will at this point, Nick seems to have made a decided pivot toward cultivating ill-will to garner content/guests for his grift because, as his good friends Ethan Ralph and Dick Masterson have shown, there's still (some) money to be made in being infamous.

Stirring the pot, inserting oneself into the controversy, and then jumping at opportunities as they arise isn't anything new or impressive. I only bring this up because for all of Nick's plans for his channel when he came back from his recent vacation, all he seems to be doing lately is reaching into the bottom of the barrel of lazy/cheap online tactics.

@Himedall All-seeing Waifu Is he still neglecting his Little Coom Den (Locals) with all this insipid tweeting? Because he's raising a whole new shop of detractors right in his own town. I will be shocked if his Discord community doesn't become a CHOP district by the end of things, if it hasn't already. He's become more and more dislikable than not. So funny. Edit:
Anyone who says they 'hate drama' is a flat out liar. People only hate drama that causes them problems. Nick's issue is he no longer can stay out of the pool of shit he makes. He was untouchable for the longest time and misses that privilege.
Agreed. He used to enjoy this website when it was in his favor. Even said it was "useful". That inconvenient fact alone disproves his weak claim. It's probably one of the top reasons this place has become such an unsightly wart on his heart. He thought he could use the site to become a better YT Pickup Artist and learn to milk in secret. He's now been outed as an utter cow and the long shadow of KF is a plaguish mirror of the shadow side he'd rather stayed completely hidden from view. In essence, he done fucked up, y'all.

It is the stunning move: 'I didn't call you an X, I said you were ACTING like an X'. Has shades of 'on the wall'...
Rewording one of his seetheposts:

"I didn't call you a cuck. I said you looked like one. You did. You still do. I haven't actually insulted you at all despite you attempting to rely on silly Jamaican R&R fantasies."

He is now saying that there's no reason to be mad if people say he only looks like a cuck, right? And he definitely would not devote hours on his show and on Twitter, repeatedly, to respond when anyone says that, would he?

All true, not really a thread derailment though, since watching Rekietas downward spiral has been rather distressing. The Alcohol abuse was warned from the start and its only gotten worse. The man is going to lose everything at the bottom of a bottle.
Nick has rapidly become this song because he can't stop lust over people not his wife.

Ah, opposite here in Texas cookie. We have no problem flashing guns.
I guess you could make the argument if the music causes seizures, but this is a sub 80 IQ locals take.

Flashing a firearm can be considered provocation (people shooting back an obvious issue aside) and you've fixing to possibly exclude you from self-defense, especially when it's over loud music, see: Dumpster defenders. Should be a jury question @AnOminous since this is a finder of fact correct? Not likely to walk imo.
SUBCHAPTER C. PROTECTION OF PERSONS

Sec. 9.31. SELF-DEFENSE. (a) Except as provided in Subsection (b), a person is justified in using force against another when and to the degree the actor reasonably believes the force is immediately necessary to protect the actor against the other's use or attempted use of unlawful force. The actor's belief that the force was immediately necessary as described by this subsection is presumed to be reasonable if the actor [...]
(2) did not provoke the person against whom the force was used; and
Guess those meds from his local 'pharmacist/chemist' hit a bit differently than normal... Or maybe he just took more than usual to deal with the family he had to interact with.

Why are thumbnails so fucking huge on this site? If I can just insert text links for pics I upload here, I would. I don't like making bloat posts.
You can resize thumbnail once you insert them in your message, click on the picture and grab one of the corners of the image and you should be able to make it smaller if you want to.

"Hey Rekieta, Britain called. They're running out of Balldos."

"Hey Rekieta, Chef_Adam called. He's running out of poppers."
"Hey Rekieta, nobody called. Coming on your show is considered bad for literally anybody's image."

Depends on the circumstances, but even somewhere like Texas, flashing a gun at someone not on your property who isn't threatening you just because you're annoyed is probably going to get you a felony conviction and your right to have guns taken away. If it's actual legal "brandishing," it might trigger the right of the person you're doing it to threaten to shoot you preemptively.

If they're actually on your property, you're probably okay in Texas to make a gun visible while ordering them to leave, but whether you can actually point it at them and threaten them directly would depend on circumstances.

Anyone who frivolously waves around guns is, of course, an absolute imbecile.

So I can't really say where it turns illegal, because it depends where you are, what they're actually doing beyond playing loud music, and under what circumstances you'd be legally within your rights to do it if they were on your property. It'd be a good Branca question though.
