Let's see, his highest rating was $4638 in Nov 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, so I don't think Covid was actually to blame for Bob losing his income. Right now he's at his lowest at $2540, almost half in the last 31 months. And 4638-2540 is $2098, divided by 31 is $67.68 lost a month on average.
