Bob Chipman / Robert Lewis Chipman / MovieBob / Game OverThinker - "Coastal Elite Thinker" who wants conservatives, Christians and manual workers eradicated. Universally ignorant; cannot tell reality from sci-fi. Sore loser with short fuse. Odious Disney shill. Tranny chaser and general creep. Fat and diabetic.

Why would Bob do this? What was it in Bob that made him say, "This is a good idea?" I could understand, maybe, if Bob was a good humored fellow who didn't mind poking fun at himself. But Bob? Bob is a petty person who hates being mocked and expresses that hatred in violent tweets. I mean, this in not quite up there with Captain N Bob, but still...
Well Bob thinks he's a mega Chad, of course! That or he's actually making a joke. Both are absolutely horrifying ideas to think about, too gruesome for TV if you will

WB is fucking asking for it.

Is Bob still living under his mom’s floor boards with that painted green screen?
Well now he has a real green screen, probably because mommy won't let him paint a wall. Or because he still thinks this is just temporary and he's going to be getting another apartment any day now. That's likely why he's bitching about wanting more people to donate to his patreon, so he can stop being a 42 year old virgin living in his mother's basement. And start being a 42 year old virgin who lives in his own basement apartment.

Speaking of which, let's see what Graphtreon says:

Yeah, he's gonna die in that house. Unless mother's will states the kids have to sell the place and divide the money between themselves. Then he'll die on the streets.

The failure of the Biden Admin is so glaring and obvious it's downright comical. It really exposes how desperately people like Bob are to defend "their team.". The emperor is naked and Bob's telling you he's wearing a golden robe.

You have to wonder if Bob is so ignorant or in denial he actually believes things aren't falling apart, or if he knows it and is being disingenuous to not give the "enemy" a W.

I'm pretty sure that Blobby has never met a farmer. They are wealthy on paper, because you know...farmland is expensive. However, farms by and large don't eke out a lot of money. It's not a massively profitable business. Farmer's are not the wealthy elite, the usually work 14 hours a day and aren't exactly social. Just having money doesn't make you bougie, Marx goes over this, of course Blobbo has never actually read any of his work, because it's longer than a tweet. You would also think that Blobbo would be a little more understanding, to the occupation that keeps his ass ever expanding, and his foot forever rotting.

Now, a Bachelor of Agricultural Sciences does exist. However, I grew up around farmers in my formative years and even worked on a few. None of them had degrees, most barely had high school in some cases. A couple took some business and accounting classes in the winter, as those actually added to a farmer's skillset and would help his business. Farming is a skill and to learn a skill you have to actually practice it. That means going out and farming, farmers know this. While I am sure a degree in agriculture, probably helps when you work at Monsanto or Cargill. It probably doesn't help Jimmy who has been growing corn since he was 8, and has an autistic level of knowledge.

Bob's only experience with farmland is seeing it from his plane while flying to a con. He has no idea what goes into it because he'd never go anywhere without skyscrapers and McDonalds buildings on every corner.

If he bothered to think about it at all, he'd be like that one journalist who took a picture of farmland from an airplane and tweeted "Why does it look like this?"

Knowledge lives in both. There are "know-what" and "know-how". Both are important. There is also a "know-who" as in "I know James Gunn; I interviewed him and we became fast friends. He listens to my 'Terminator but with benevolent Skynet' pitch." But that is less "knowledge" than "connection".
It was more of an off-the-cuff remark.

Would it better to say: "knowledge lives on paper, wisdom lives in people's heads"?

Even Data pointed this out that reading about something, wasn't the same as experiencing it.

Did Bob actually interview James Gunn? And listen to his terrible, embarrassing Terminator pitch? I'd lose a lot of respect for Gunn if it turned out he actually liked that tripe.
He did interview Gunn, once; the rest was my joke.

Ana Kasparian notices a rise in anti-white racism, which escalated in the past 3 years. She thinks this climate -- in which white people are blamed for everything under the sun, and the very fact of being white makes you "racist", "hateful" and "promoting white supremacy" -- makes white people even more hesitant to engage in open dialogue. She now casts doubt any accusation of "racism" until she knows the whole story.
Ana-Racist.jpg
"If you are not racist why are you offended at being called racist?" We shall encounter something very much like this soon.

Cenk Uygur defends himself -- and by extension Ana Kasparian -- against the charge of "transphobia", accusing those making such charges "lying".

Take your own counsel, Bobby.

Transsexual bullshit is at once "nobody else's business" and 'everyone's business".

This is getting annoying. If I were trollish I'd have written a reader's note.

A very good question. Why would a transwoman, by definition a non-man, be upset when being called a man?

Laurent Weppe compares Bobby with Churchill.

I don't think Roosevelt et al ever advocated violence towards a group of mothers staging an absolutely peaceful protest, but I freely admit I know nothing about History.

Compared to men like Johnny Depp and Donald Trump, who fucked good-looking trash who fucked them back ten times, I say Zuckerberg is a model of wisdom.

What if Superman (or you and me) prefers helping little ladies cross the road, to saving someone who is about to fall into a lava pit? Superman has his agency too; that "You should do what only you are capable of, even though the task means nothing to you and that another, easier, task is more suited to your life project" is Utilitarian bullshit, reducing a human being to mere instrument.

You beloved male heros are worthless and Suebosses are here to stay. Consoom your slop proles!

I don't get Vinals's comparison. We don't mind women affecting a man's choice and the path he takes; we don't even mind when women make a man examine his motivations and preoccupations, thus nudging him to become a better person. What we mind very much is a woman taking a capable man's place because she is by fiat better in every way. It is as if Circe kills Odysseus and marries Penelope, and they lezzed out happily ever after.

Capeshit / box office / The plague. I don't have the spoons to summarize.

Bobby thinks The Flash is what artsy-fartsy cultural studies types call a palimpsest: if you takes a closer look, you get a glimpse of the history of capeshit movies.

This Luke guy is hilarious, he posts the same tweet multiple times a day, sometimes multiple times a week. He's constantly posting delusional conspiracy theories that forget things he posted earlier.

He's actually a "fact checker" despite posting wrong things all the time:

Stop encouraging me to sign up for it.
You go sign up for it right now, mister! Imagine all the good you can put into the world by correct Bob's misinfo.

"Fact Check: False. The portions shown in this image would have a combined total of 4892 calories or more. The recommended caloric intake for an adult is 2000 per day. Meaning this meal is not "fairly small" for an "average" person."

Remember back when Robert was making $4000 a month? That was only a few years ago.
He dropped below $4k back in May 2021 and has been steadily losing income ever since.

Let's see, his highest rating was $4638 in Nov 2020, right in the middle of the pandemic, so I don't think Covid was actually to blame for Bob losing his income. Right now he's at his lowest at $2540, almost half in the last 31 months. And 4638-2540 is $2098, divided by 31 is $67.68 lost a month on average. Although lately its petered out to $30 a month, so by Christmas he'll be under $2400 unless he can pull some miracle out of his ass, but that's unlikely.

COVID, or more accurately the Believers refusal not to go to Applebee's, meant movies couldn't come out so Bob couldn't review them and with his patrons having to cut back because of Trumpsuckers wrecking the economy by refusing to not send everyone a living wage rather than force them outside into danger cutting back their subscriptions to Bob's essential content was the most obvious move. Especially since they could get it for free anyway. Then January 6th happened and everyone needed to save their cash incase the Believers ended our democracy.

If you ever get sent back in time to a more impoverished time in human development, remember to tell them how a fat dumb guy from Boston got nearly $50,000 a year for telling people his stupid opinions about children's stories every so often.
