Yes. By both technicality, and my reckoning (in that it's actually helped compensate for some of the easily more debilitating aspects of autism like an absense of all emotion and a constriction of interest, whereas my interests fleet wildly), I'm right enough.

Any man - a person with a natural dick and born with XY chromosomes - who likes dick is a homosexual or at least partakes in homosexual activity. You are a man born with XY chromosomes who engages in homosexual sex. Combine that with recreational drug abuse and that can lead to STI's or the environment to catch one.
