Surgeons who will give clients the completely wrong size and placement for breasts are depressingly common, but these are among the worst I’ve seen where the person wasn’t actually aiming for a hideous bimbo look (I assume).

Not technically surgery, nor necessarily shitty in terms of how the results look, but still pretty horrifying to me, as something of a muscle sperg. Like, maybe I can get that you don't like how your upper traps look, or maybe they even cause you neck pain, but getting rid of them weakens you on most pulling and carrying movements (before we even mention the fact that most women are dyels to start with, lol).

The girls doing this arent lifting anything heavier than a handbag. They’re purely decorative women, not functional women.
A woman who is carrying a baby around, or doing any kind of physical work even a spot of gardening or decorating would only do this is they needed it for some kind of medical reason like a severe posture/migraine issue.

I like the idea of having some way to cosmetically change the appearance of my neck and shoulders. I am extremely self conscious of how broad my shoulders are. But deliberately making yourself physically weak and dependent on others just so you look pretty has disturbing similarities to things like anorexia.
