It is so astounding to me that these surgeons can do this kind of slapdash botch job and not immediately shut down their butcher shops, change their name, and find a new fucking profession. Surgeons are known to be egotistical assholes (and sometimes have a touch of psychopathy tbh), but usually they have the skill to back it up, and most people undergoing surgery are more concerned with competence than whether or not their surgeon is highly personable. But holy shit, you can be an arrogant dick, you don't have to be personally invested in your patients (as long as you maintain basic ethical standards), but the quality of your work should speak for itself, and lack of fucks given by SRS surgeons there is downright disturbing. Most people get pretty fucking bummed out when they try to, idk, cook something or do a DIY project but fuck it up and get a result that is hot garbage, yet SRS surgeons can downright mangle people repeatedly far past the point of it being salvageable and either think that's fine or just go "lol whoops" and try again on someone else. It's fucking criminal. The people here who have said that SRS surgery seems to attract the absolute dregs of the medical profession are completely right.

Seriously it's because they have zero incentive to do a good job. You'd have to be a psychopath to do troon surgeries in particular, you're butchering genitals all day for something that makes no sense, so they already don't have a conscience, which means repercussions would be the only thing keeping them in line, either criminal/civil, or just loss of fututre business, but they know troons operate on insane levels of cope, and on top of that they have a whole community that will bully and silence anyone who is unable to keep coping.
No matter how bad a job they do, they'll never have to answer for it and deranged closted homos and AGP freaks will continue to line up to pay thousands to be mutilated and turned into Eunuchs.

Abdo phallo with arm graft - regret?

I had abdominal phallo and am planning on an arm graft for UL and nerve hookup but I’m looking to hear from others who’ve got this done. Specifically if anyone wishes they just went for RFF to begin with. I’m debating an RFF redo because there’s not really anything I like about my dick other than that it’s there and I have one. Aesthetically imo it’s meh, girth way too big, base too wide, curved with uneven sides. I love having a dick now but literally none of my expectations were met. I think what I have is probably workable, but how is uncertain. I have a consult with a new surgeon in September, so I have time to figure out some questions and what he thinks, but it’s impossible for him to know exactly what’s going on inside anyways until I’m under the knife.
