Nick also seemed to have no clue about the ethical implications of the whole thing. Of what it would look like to be taking in that information about an attorney on the other side of your case. Never wondering how Spectre represented himself in that conversation. Never asking why someone would share all this information over the phone with a total stranger.

But Randazza sure did.
Yea but at the same time, Nick had the fortunate judgement and foresight to hire legal representation and not represent himself. Sure its common practice but in this case its also preventing him from making smooth brained decisions like giving spectre the time of day. Thats not why he did it but for him a pleasant side effect.

The fact that Spectre is a big enough retard to do that, and Nick is a big enough retard to not immediately question literally everything Nick was relayed is frightening
Spectre comes off as being legitimately psychotic. As in, no connection with reality and sees everything only through the lens of his own delusions of grandeur. Nick's brain must be really pickled to trust anything coming from him.

Do either Legal Eagle or Nick (or any Internet lawyers) even practice law outside of a court appearance from a decade ago?
I assume Branca (Law of Self Defense) does, as he still maintains an office and some staff. He recently served as a professional witness on some case, but also says if/when he's meeting people or doing stuff for court related stuff. He's more boutique instead of a traditional lawyer though.

All of the internet lawyers have different stories. There is a guy named legal mindset who is hiding over in Korea from bill collectors and process servers in the states.
I'm interested in the details, does he have a thread here yet?

Um what? Does anyone know about this story I must have missed it.
It was on one of those Drexel-Nick streams. Don't remember too clearly but Drexel was "helping" Nick's daughter make a burrito or some shit in the kitchen alone.
I'll let you decide if that was in good faith or if Drexel was actually secretly teaching Nick's daughter the art of being a slave so she wouldn't get raped and traumatized in college or something.
Also o7 CANAM for not letting even arbor related injuries stop your righteous alogging.
I'm not (a)logging Nick. I'm logging the comments since it's funnier than watching others (Mainly Monty) cut Nick down after Nick just lit himself on fire with napalm.
I find Hartman Smith quite entertaining when he spergs out about Rekieta.
He is remarkably lucid during these segments compared to his other nonsensical ramblings and I find myself in agreement at times with his points. Were his insanity about Hattendo♂ not so evident I be he could just pass off as part of the spectrum instead of deranged madman.

...Which forces me to post this and prove to him there are greater things than just Nintendo, but Hattendo♂.

Branca is basically an expert witness for use of force (self-defense) cases. Despite being someone who claims to believe in the 2nd he tends to side with the police real quickly since they tend to be his biggest clientele. That is when he's not bitchslapping twittertards (with below room tempature IQ in degrees C) with 400+ posts a day.

There's a thread for Andrew and other lawtubers here. Last I checked he got permanent residency in ladyboy land and fled worst Korea.

tl;dr Despite Andrew claiming to be being muh MGTOW, he owes a shit ton of debt, registered dem and lived in a really liberal city, runs around banging chicks (supposedly) in Asia because he's running from the debt collectors and probably couldn't score a decent American woman (while talking shit about women).

Lawyers always make the worse defendants.
I don't think "Lawyers", but youtubers or e-celebs.
Does anyone here have the clip of one of Nick's lawtube friends giving a passionate speech about NEVER TALKING ABOUT YOUR CASE, and then getting a superchat asking "what about Nick talking about his case?" and the guy getting visibly uncomfortable? It could be Sean Martin, but I'm not sure.

Legal Mindset (Andrew) is a funny one. He started off really cool, then latched onto Rekieta's chesticles and hasn't gotten off the teet since.

When the Legal Bytes Drama started with Rekeita, Andrew quickly inserted himself into the drama coming out on a "behind the paywall" Locals stream that LB's husband threatened to "beat him up" or some shit. The guy literally inserts himself into everyone's drama just to stir it up more, then runs away like a bitch. Decent tactic, but this time with Rekieta, it's going to backfire.

He's been on streams in the past white knighting for Nick against Montagraph and other FREEZE PEACH shit. He and Drex do the Migtown Podcast Show together. Most of Andrew's stuff now is covering red pill men.

Here's what we somewhat know on Andrew from a discussion a while back in a Discord we were able to find out:
  • Name: Andrew d'Adesky
  • Age: 35 - 37
  • From Florida, licensed with the Florida Bar - University of Florida Law School
    • Was licensed with the Nevada Bar but it was revoked. Reason unknown or sealed.
    • Found pics of him in law school
      • Just like Nick = major nerd faggot except he's 6'6 so he sticks out like a needle dick in group pictures
  • Works in South Korea as a legal consultant................. NOT an attorney.
    • Legal Vices has explained this that any US Attorney technically cannot practice as a US attorney overseas. They're merely consultants of US law.
  • Another trust fund kid
    • Dad was like 40 years older than his mom, died in his 80's.
  • Signed on to sell Branca's books in Fall 2022 where both went on stream saying that Legal Mindset was a licensed attorney
    • The ghost of Faran lives on again........... When her and Mindset got into it after Branca called her sister a cunt (Andrew inserted himself once again and also called her sister a cunt), she put out a cryptic tweet saying some of the lawtubers weren't actually licensed attorneys. That's when Branca and Andrew came out saying they were. Again, Faran never said who and never responded to the tweet because she tweeted out that Mindset blocked her and posted the screenshot.
      • Say what you will..... the fact that Faran keeps coming up with a lot of these faggots makes me think she had them all figured out being she's a reporter, but her downfall was her internet blow back spergs. Kinda miss that fat bitch...... it's why I don't think they say shit about her. The bitch knows shit..................... or figured them out.
  • Andrew met up with Nick last year at Matsuri
  • Meets up with Legal Vices a lot in South Korea
  • His streams are very much like Nick's.............. little to no preparing, finds a grift and rides it like a faggot, inserts himself into drama for clicks, and everything always goes back to the red pill
  • Lately he's been semi distant from Nick which is pretty interesting seeing he used to swallow Rekieta's shaft and balls daily for subs

That's what we were able to figure out a while back when there was a group of us trying to figure out which lawyers weren't licensed. Hope it helps!

EDITS:

Made Mindset Spoiler.

Nick just mentioned clips were NOT taken down BY HIM? If he's referencing Hey Clip This, in their video on their 2nd channel they say it was taken down for harassment (see screenshots from video). Nick....... seriously? I mean, we know you read Kiwi but dude........ you're making it way too obvious at this point.

You realize that his dox comes from someone in the lawtube thread because he said "Lol the internet can't find me bruv, come at me?" like an absolute imbecile?
He's in Thailand now and also has a shit ton of Amex debt he's been running from.
The charade here is too fucking funny. Like a black man attending a kkk rally in uniform but you can still see his bare hands.

Amex... really... ... ... just pay the fucking card off.

God I hope Nick appeals the ruling. Keep burning piles of cash Darth Balldo. Don't back down no matter what.
He can't really. Minnesota doesn't have a SLAPP statute that gives you a right to appeal. So it would be an interlocutory appeal unlikely to be granted. Now it goes to discovery and trial.

Nick answered one of the lingering questions about his legal education tonight. He claims he lived out there in Wilmar MN and commuted on a regular basis to Minneapolis to attend law school night classes. That is about a four hour round trip for every class.

Just watching him on stream tonight is somewhat uncomfortable. He looks legit crazy in his eyes and six kinds of messed up.

Nick LOVES the new interview show format. He doesn't have to really prepare, and they can talk about whatever.

For a streamer (in)famous for doing zero show prep, he sure perseverates a lot about the prep he isn't going to do.

Nick briefly discussed his contract to stream after the main show. He doesn't like the structure becuase he doesn't see the people tuning in for it. He wants to renegotiate to have it anytime in the month and decoupled from the main show.

Doing Locals streams after 3 am EST isn't ideal for viewership or appeal.

But there's simply no way Nick could ever meet his Locals exclusive stream obligations if he peeled them off of his night shows because we've all witnessed how he disappears down a blackhole for the remaindee of the week doing whatever occupies the rest of his waking hours.

You could tell the participation was already dwindling after it's peak of the 5k locals grift. But Nick, as usual, did nothing to increase growth and just assumed that it would be handed to him like everything else in his life.

Nick doesn't talk about his 10k Locals gift anymore, does he?

I think you are confusing Nick for Andrew Bronca who frequently used to appear on his show before all of this. That was one of his favorite phrases and Nick stole it after he left.

Has Branca made an appearance on Nick's channel since the Nose's Murdaugh "I could be getting a handie instead" freakout?

He must be utterly seething now that he doesn't get out of this mess without sinking even more money into it. Imagine losing this badly to a lolcow. It's like losing to Maddox but worse.
