Initially for the usual reasons of them being possessive and protective of the rabbit. There were fears that the management company would get rid of her by believing Camelot's "joke". But Camelot and Nick threw gas on the fire by calling her fans perverted weirdos and in effect pedos.
Nick and Camelot adopted this weird, cynical stance where they were acting as the Rabbit's supposed "true" friends. They were attacking both her management company for "exploiting" her and her fans for being weirdos. At the same time they were creating all kinds of trouble for her business, they were giving off a public face of being her friends.
The rabbit disengaged from anything to do with them as quickly as possible, but Nick and Camelot went on and on about the whole thing for days.
It was either an attempt at clout chasing by Nick & Camelot. Or some sort of weird semi-stalking sort of thing by Nick. Or just an attempt to mess with her business because they could. Or Nick got angry that the Rabbit's management company didn't allow her to go on his show and was going after her in retaliation.
Thanks for the QR fren. And yeah, while VTuber fans are certainly weird and a huge proportion of them outright pedophilic, obsessive freaks (it's hard to imagine what else would make up the fanbase for creepy lolicon avatars with toddler sounding voice changers and deliberate child like mannerisms) having been caught up on it it looks to be Balldo man's spiteful tantrum that he's been blocked from his attempt to snip off his piece of that undeniably lucrative market, especially at this time were he's starting to realize he doesn't actually have the "fuck you" money he thought he did and his lolsuit is liable to cost him dearly.
The Yabbits fans are exactly what Balldo described them as tbh, Gaytor and Pedmenco are probably a good representitive for the average VTuber fan, but you'd think Nick, who's a regular at faggy shit like Matsuri would be well aware at how obsessive and jealous those freaks get over their idols.

Yup! Pippa is creepy and weird, and her fans are even creepier and weirder. But Nick and Coom were being malicious, disingenuous retards because they were spurned by a creepy weirdo anime rabbit. Also, Nick's a hypocrite (as usual) because he was actively going out of his way to fuck with Pippa's business when that was his number one complaint against us and why he felt justified in spreading outright lies about us, as well as justifying the suppression of our free speech by troons. The fact that he kept bringing it up over and over again way after Pippa started ignoring him is the cherry on top.

He bitched about his wedding reception not allowing liquor or dancing. he didn't mind though, but he kept talking about it. It was a bunch of dunking on the boomer religious people.
Balldoman had a weird religious wedding? Excuse me while I laugh really hard has he ever talked about this before? No wonder he resents living near her family so much he married the first girl who would have sex with him and has been stuck placating her and her family's religion for twenty years for a petulant man child like balldoman that must have been torture.

He wants to do trials. But it is hard. He pivoted into wringing about how hard and stressful streaming is. He needs more vacations
He definitely needs more vacations and more tattoos give us the milk cow

He doesn't read the Farms. We are also Voldemort.
Hi balldoman! Tell our wife I will text her later, not for nudes or anything, I just like to remind her that she looks like a goblin and no amount of black dick will make her husband any less of a cuck faggot

Matsuri is gonna be an absolute shit show. Even worse than last year where he was too busy being stepped on by thots and going to the after hours adult room to even bring any merch and had to be saved by Ryan the editor (?)

I know he's a popular lolcow but I just don't get it.

Welcome to KF as fellow Fresh Meat.

Love the username and avatar.

I can't believe how intwined Trailer Park Boys became in the American cultural zeitgeist as someone who watched the original series' run on a nobody Canadian cable arts channel 20 years ago that doesn't even make original content anymore (and seems embarrassed present day to actually air the crude but successful content they did hit homeruns on).

Still better than Kurt.

I really want/wanted to like Kurt.

He does legal content without the coom like everyone wanted Rackets to do, but I can't watch him because it's just too boring without the charisma.

He will try to stream from Matsuri, but he doesn't know how it will work. He'd need a PC so he can see Rumble chat, and people might not want to be on stream.

DAE remember how much Nick bitched last year about how much revenue YT robbed him of at Matsuri because of him being locked out of streaming for the weekend over a channel strike?

What a difference a year makes.

Nick used to talk about Matsuri being a bigger cashcow superchats-wise per diem compared to even Depp & Rittenhouse.

He bitched about his wedding reception not allowing liquor or dancing.

Is there more context to this?

Was he talking about his own reception two decades ago?

Or did he attend a recent family wedding in Footloose County?

Nick mentioned the theory that he was getting videos deleted (mentioned here) was crazy. He said that people are irrational because they hate him so much and HAVE to have a reason (even fake ones) to be mad. He doesn't have anything to hide, but Monty does...

Is Nick referring to Fake Faran's channel getting a strike over his Monty defamation clip's verbiage after reading about it in his own thread?

Josh got it wrong. He did NOT ignore him and is not mad about his tattoos. Josh has had worse critiques. He NEVER breaks up with people. If people hate him, they can stop talking to him, but he has no beef with anyone.

I mean, it's pretty binary whether someone answers your correspondence or not.

The motives behind why can be disputed, but not responding to serial texts is hard to deny in the statement of facts.

Maybe if he wanted to be in charge of it he should have tried paying for it himself.

Funny how he's constantly rabbiting on and on about stuff he doesn't care about.
Balldoman had a weird religious wedding? Excuse me while I laugh really hard has he ever talked about this before?
He really is a baby. It reminds me of DSP still angry years later that his parents didn't get him a Wolverine doll he wanted.
The fact that he kept bringing it up over and over again way after Pippa started ignoring him is the cherry on top.
As an Internet doctor, I diagnose Nick with a severe case of "being a little bitch syndrome" and recommend a course of "man the fuck up" therapy.

I do not despise Nick for his law school's lack of prestige or academic achievement. His lack of effort in law school (seeing it as a hurdle rather than preparation for the profession) could be mocked, but what it more telling is his achievement and analysis skills demonstrated in his practice and commentary.

Nick has never been a good lawyer. His cases have been simple transactional or blunders. There are no cases he can brag about.

Nick would say 'I'm a small town lawyer. I never claimed to be the biggest practitioner woth experience, I am just using my law school learning to translate legal language to English'. Fair, but when you look at how much he despised law school and the kind of analysis he does, you realise he never got a form grasp on the fundamentals in the burdensome task of passing law school and never got bitchslapped in court to have him learn how it all actually works.
This, exactly.
I've criticized Nick's lawyer-ness from the moment I paid attention to this thread/him, and it's not been because of where he went to law school, or that he went part-time. I've said before I have interacted with some very smart and good attorneys out of William Mitchell (and Hamline, with which WM has been merged). One of the fastest-rising law firm partners I ever knew went to Fordham at night (Fordham is strong now, but at the time going nights at Fordham was not considered a "top tier" path; well, my guy made partner at one of the highest-paying firms in Manhattan in five years, because he lived and breathed it, hustled, and really "got it").

Good and great lawyers come out of every law school.

And some successful lawyers are absolutely brilliant, but that's not a requirement, either.

More than just attending school or being bright, becoming a solid or good lawyer takes time, experience, and the right mix of confidence and humility to hone substantive knowledge (what the law is), technical skills (how not to get your shit tossed for missing deadlines or not filing it as required), and strategic acumen (what, when, how best to achieve your client's goals), to say nothing of sharpening your ethical knowledge/ instincts to recognize where you're about to fuck yourself or your client.

John Grisham novels aside, junior lawyers with even the most rigorous training under the best practitioners in their fields don't have all this down yet. The biggest weakness at that point, though, is arrogance and thinking they know more than they do. Nick is still stuck at that level.

Nick had no training, he blew off law school, and he really didn't even try practicing for long. What he did get involved in was low-level stuff (appropriate and totally fine), but somehow has managed to piss off both judges and local lawyers, get an ethical complaint going, get sued, be involved in what seems to be ruination of at least one man's life (technically Ty's error, if I understand correctly, but if Nick had been on the ball, then he, too, would have been watching requirements/ timelines/ whatever, whether or not involved specifically as an attorney - because that's what you do).

And all the while he yaps on lawtube with consistently incorrect and shallow takes that are more opinion/wishful thinking than law but that he presents as authoritative or pRoVoCaTiVe. Unlike more experienced attorneys online, he has no actual experience to say, well it could go like this or like that. And he's not even an ace on the underlying substantive law, nor, as has been noted, does he prep enough (he clearly doesn't "love the law").

But again, maybe the biggest offense is that at this point he doesn't even have the "excuse" of being just another arrogant know-little baby lawyer. He was admitted to the Bar in 2015. He should have much more experience, knowledge, and judgment after 8 years than at 1 or 2 (whether actively practicing now or not). But he doesn't.

It's fine to decide not to practice actively - but it is unseemly to front like straggling through school, picking up a couple of courthouse cases or small contracts with no on-the-ground guidance, not deep-diving on your own to learn the law (at least about your own case in which you are a defendant!), admittedly being uninterested in learning your craft, and not having the humility to shut up and learn, means you have any actual credibility as a lawyer/legal professional. He still acts like a knobby-headed twit who doesn't know what he doesn't know. That's not cute in a law school graduate, but it's inexcusable in someone who has claimed Bar membership for 8 years and who makes a living off those credentials.

He really is a baby. It reminds me of DSP still angry years later that his parents didn't get him a Wolverine doll he wanted.
Instead of Wolverine, for Nick it was the preschool teacher who "stole" the Transformer his dad gave him (because his dad was always up in Minnesota at the time, and they were still in Houston). And he had to wait a few weeks to get a new one.

Also to remember is that Coomalot claimed that PC sent him an apology packet on how to do a proper SM apology for the stunt.

He never showed it, but if Nose took it as true, he wouls have mocked that just to be defiant. Rememebr,, he loved Dax Herrera amd being contrarian.

His wedding 20+ years ago. Yeah... Why even mention it now... It was a tangent off 'I want my Nashville venue to have or allow a bar'..
I mean, it's pretty binary whether someone answers your correspondence or not.

The motives behind why can be disputed, but not responding to serial texts is hard to deny in the statement of facts.
His explanation was that they communicate in an app, and maybe there was an update to it, or it glitched and it did not look like Nick had read his message.

He claims he has since responded.
Is Nick referring to Fake Faran's channel getting a strike over his Monty defamation clip's verbiage after reading about it in his own thread?
I assume it. He addresses things discussed in this thread regularly enough to show he is keep up (or people send him screenshots or secondhand reports) but I will not discount that people talk in YT comments of clipper channels too.

He was very specific about 'a certain place' where his haters reside, and that means here, to me

- Nick addressed the issue of "per se" defamation by saying that other jurisdictions don't apply it in the case of pedo. Nick also says the minnesota case law doesn't count because its old. Nick concluded his remarks on the subject by saying that "per se defamation" at this point in the case "just doesn't matter".
This has always been the crux of the issue and I couldn't understand why Randazza (and others) didn't argue the point that calling someone a pedophile in Minnesota has already been found defamation per se. Maybe they knew it was a losing argument and decided not to even bring attention to it.

- He ended his show thanking LOCALS supporters. He wants to do more on the platform. He addressed his lagging results on that front and said 'judge on what I do, not what I say'. People who support should do it because they like the show now as it is.
Unfortunately for Nick, people started judging him based on what he does now rather than what he says. That's why he's lost a whole lot of support. I'm so glad he's thanking all 2k of his LOCALS supporters since they'll probably keep dwindling while he avoids the place because it's not a shiny new toy for him to play with.
- Nick's Nashville venue is not looking good. He (his fan) will have to find another. It is not his fault that he doesn't have tickets up, he wants to get the venue locked in first.
My guess is that he's just saying this to get people to stop asking him and he'll find a venue last minute that's in the shitty part of Nashville.

I really want/wanted to like Kurt.

He does legal content without the coom like everyone wanted Rackets to do, but I can't watch him because it's just too boring without the charisma.
Kurt is also a psycho incel.

Nick's birthdaty stream where Kurt completely shit all over his spaghetti after a birthing person suggested that single men go outside and try to meet women was great. The woman (Megan) is pretty cringe with her advice but Kurt makes it very clear, very quickly why he is single.

But remember guys Nick hates drama. I feel like if your stream is running a ten-box, you aren't allowed to say you hate drama.

Was he talking about his own reception two decades ago?

Or did he attend a recent family wedding in Footloose County?

I would assume he was talking about his own reception.

He and our wife more recently attended a family wedding (her family). But that wedding reception for that one was the opposite of what he described. At that (recent) one, everyone got drunk.

It was at the father of either the bride or groom's house. The party went on and on until the father eventually came out out of the house in the evening and tried to shut it down. In Nick's view, the father was totally out of line trying to end a party on his own property so he could go to sleep. Nick talked about having to intervene to calm down the father so that a fight didn't break out and the police did not come to arrest him.

Yeah. The property owner tries to end a party on his own property late at night and gets threatened with the police if he doesn't get back into house and be quiet. Eventually according to Nick everyone gave in and the party moved to a bar. And that father guy was apparently upset about the whole thing the next day. Imagine that.

This, exactly.
Nick constantly mis-states or characterises the criticisms of himself. He pretends to address and deboonk it directly, but he is strawman-ing the whole time. He comes across as incredibly thick when he says: 'I don't know why people are watching if they are mad at me? If you don't like a show, don't watch it!', while misconstrued the complaints.

(See: 'I was always this way.' Also: 'This was never a law channel.' Cross-reference with: '

This was proven to me when he fordt announce his channel pivot after the vacation epiphany he had. Hesaid that people had valid criticisms of him, but if they gave them 'like a faggot' he wasn't going to listen.

Tell me you are an insecure bitch who needs to be coddled to take his medicine without telling me...

So many awkward moments tonight........

This was discussed at length on the thread days ago........ He cannot deny he reads the farms. The amount of topics he touched on tonight were literally responding to all that's been talked about here..........

One of the most obvious moments that made me think, "He's breaking........."

This one was BAAAAAAAAAAAAD. The facial expressions he makes before he says, "I love how people bring up my law school....."

CRINGE.............
It's pretty telling how he felt the need to mention that most of the teachers at his school were losers who sucked.

I really want/wanted to like Kurt.
He does legal content without the coom like everyone wanted Rackets to do, but I can't watch him because it's just too boring without the charisma.
Welcome to every appellate lawyer conversation lol. Kurt out of all of them is one of the smartest which is why he gets the most shit.

Is Nick referring to Fake Faran's channel getting a strike over his Monty defamation clip's verbiage after reading about it in his own thread?
The amount of "Copesplaining The Interwebs" done last night... so many Kiwi topics he covered.

Here's a list off the top of my head:
  • His law school not being "the best"
  • How he wasn't the best student and had everything handed to him
  • Clarifying his whole "if you pay for it, you should get the good grade" --- where he really clarified nothing
  • Clips being "taken down" because of him --- the Hey Clip This video explains it was taken down BY YOUTUBE for harassment for what NICK said in the clip about Monty
  • Consistently brings up who he's going to bring on the show --- Basically goes through the running list a while back of all the people Kiwi said was avoiding him
    • Most notably he had to bring on Andrea who we said was avoiding him like the plague
  • How everyone hates Camelot
  • Kiwi has made fun of him for hating The Beatles --- Now he is "all about the technology" with The Beatles and how they recorded? Ummmm okay
  • How "life happens" when he has to cancel his show and how he doesn't always blame his kids
Those are just off the top of my head. Imagine when I actually sit down and write them all out! :P

I think people are mixing shut up on why Schneider and the Judge (supposedly) hate Nick.

From what I remember it all comes down to a client Nick had who embezzled funds or something either from a church group or a church within the community. I think Schneider gave him shit for his decorum in the court room and Nick didn’t understand that it’s an experienced lawyer basically telling you to stop being a cunt.

The Judge hated Nick because the person basically was a huge cunt and the Judge dressed down Nick in court for his defense. Then Nick spilled spaghetti how he was defending the woman pro bono (I think she may have paid him a bit, but not enough to actually make up for his defense and likely came from the money she stole) in the elevator after his loss.

I think Nick talked about these as the case was going on and it’s on Elissa’s channel, but the long story short is that Nick acted like Rodney Dangerfield without any of the charisma or self-deprecation.
