With Todd there's a weird disconnect between his show and his Twitter that Olson, Chipman, etc. don't have. Namely, enough self-awareness to mostly leave politics out of whatever he produces. But yeah, It'd be interesting in our digging to see if Todd ends up being just a pretentious dumbass like Olson or a living embodiment of the Horseshoe Theory like Chipman.

As with most people listed on the farms, meeting this guy in real life would make your teeth itch. Don't get me wrong - I'm sure he has some material we can exploit if someone really, really wanted to - he's a defender of Pedo Nyberg, and he's been connected to at least two Rat Kings, but he's also the kind of shithead who will jerk off to us covering him, and not in the amusing self-loathing David Gallant kind of way.

Lindsay essentially says here that because they are so dumb and rely so much on their social news feed for their opinions, that engaging GamerGaters may be harmful to themselves, because quite simply they are too stupid or unable to properly critically think in order to discuss a subject on the fly, they need a debunking guide to help them. Else, it's simply better not to engage them, or just block them.

They may become confused about the issue and that would be dangerous wouldn't it? If there was some grey area in between the black and white? I mean what if their social media feed was WRONG? No... no.... that can't be...

Well thats the sort of people coming out of colleges these days, they aren't told how to think, they are told what to think. And when they get into the big wide world, their peer group has a handy set of resources that will continue to tell them what to think through their social media feed. The social media feed will demonize and dehumanize those who take an opposite stance, and brand them the "infidels".

And when the "Infidels" show up on their social feed, they have been told by the media what the identifiers are for these people, and call them racist/bigot etc... and block them, because not only has social media told them the "truth" that they are in the right already, but their peer group frowns upon prolonged interaction with them, since it may cause them to become "confused" and start to question things, this is obviously harmful.

This is pretty much how cults operate. "Don't speak to non-believers, and don't read information written by non-believers, or else you might be corrupted!"

If I may powerlevel a bit here: I was raised as a Jehovah's Witness (not one anymore, obviously), and they constantly warned us to not associate with "apostates" (formers members who broke from the church) or to look up non-Kingdom approved material about the JW's, lest we be exposed to "false teachings" and let Satan into our hearts. It was scare-mongering to keep people from questioning anything, and anyone who wasn't part of the flock were painted as hostile and harmful persons to prevent anyone from being exposed to thoughts or beliefs that didn't revolve around Bible study, going to meetings at the Kingdom Hall, or preaching door to door for 90 hours a month.

SJWs are essentially that but with Social Justice and feminism as their God.

It's rich that these two bozos objected to antisemitism based on one word when their own side seems to have it out for Jews and that prejudice goes far beyond the word shekel. The thing about Todd... is that I actually like his videos because he keeps his politics out, and if not for him, there's a lot of old music that I wouldn't have found (typically when he does a best of year chart or even a worst of year chart and gives good examples of music from that year or the one hit wonder reviews he does). I find it's a lot easier to go and watch people's videos (not vlogs, but rather their scripted videos) and not follow them on twitter or facebook. It's much better for my sanity this way and I can avoid heavily politicized content that I disagree with or can find from a far more reputable source then say someone who reviews children's movies (for example).

I'll admit, I like his videos, especially on more obscure bands and songs. Unlike most of his friends in the SJW circlejerk, he keeps the sperging about "The Patriarchy", "BernieBros", and various other SJW buzzwords to a minimum.

I get the feeling that TITS (there is no way that this wasn't the reason for choosing Todd In The Shadows as his alias) isn't drunk on the Kool-Aid, but only takes sips because he's surrounded by and works with SocJus cultists, and because he wanted to crush Lindsay's puss.
