The Supreme Court will bitch-slap him once again, if not become openly hostile to the White House on all cases, and Biden's staffers will once again be on the hook even after invoking the nuclear option to try to get the taxpayer to pay for their master's degrees.
A president once said:
“John Marshall has made his decision now let him enforce it.”
So, who will enforce the decision for the SCOTUS?

Those deep recessions map to regime change so here's hoping in 2024.
This is why they are going to push CBDC's so hard. NOTHING will go untaxed. Even paying the neighbor's kid $2 to bring in your trash cans will mean he owes uncle Sam 20 cents.

The CBDC is so fucking stupid it would never happen. What would it be backed by? How in the fuck would you entice someone to use it over the dollar's or other commodities they already have much less the other two super powers? You can't even get people to take the clottshot yearly.

Andrew Jackson had a friendly supermajority in both houses of Congress when he told John Marshall to fuck off. Biden does not have that level of institutional popularity.
The GOP's current track record does not indicate that they will do anything but bitch and moan.

And the only "institutional support" that matters these days in our late republic turned oligarchy is the support from the bureaucrats, which have all signaled are 100% behind globohomo.

I don't even think any of them have some grand plan, they are all just shortsighted retards.

The elites know everything is fucked and are too old and tired to try and fix any of the problems that they themselves created. They're just trying to coast by till they die and let the other generations deal with it.

You're not supposed to go into debt to pay for rent and food and it's not fair to count them as education expenses because you have to pay for them regardless of whether or not you attend school.

You're not supposed to go into debt to pay for rent and food because you're supposed to have a job. College students are usually a little too busy with school to work, though.

Remember, college is supposed to boost your earnings, so it shouldn't be an insurmountable burden for a college graduate to pay off a debt equivalent to the price of a well-optioned economy car.

The main people in hysterics about college loans are women who took out enormous sums to go to grad school for some bullshit degree, then signed up for a negative amortization scheme. The problem isn't school loans; the problem is that women are allowed to take out loans without a responsible male having signatory authority.

Maybe in 1950 that was true, but modern universities are so dumbed down that it's easy to work and still get good grades (I know this from personal experience and I'm not a boomer). Everyone I know who was "too busy" to work somehow had a lot of time to party and most of the people I know who complain about their debt went on fancy summer vacations every year instead of getting internships and/or made stupid financial decisions like buying gaming computers, restaurant food, and luxury apartments with loans.

Most modern US universities and colleges are designed and built with the squeezing of money out of students in mind. They will be very open to making you take "as long as you need" to graduate because it means more money, with some straight up incorporating more elements of summer camps for teenagers than actual institutions of higher learning.

They could go with a dog and pony show impeachment that Republicans will pretend to be serious about it then pretend to be outraged when it gets shot down in the senate. Then they get to look like assholes fighting hard against student loan forgiveness while they authorize that amount for Ukraine every few weeks. Just in time for the 2024 elections.

Being backed by something is irrelevant because the USD is already fiat and backed by nothing except public confidence. There's also no intention to allow people to opt out. CBDC's are already being rolled out in Africa as a trial run. Nigerians rejected the concept and only around 10% of citizens participated. That really pissed off the central bank of Nigeria so they ordered all banks under them to immediately halt all cash withdrawals. Once everyone's bank cut them off from their own money, the whole country almost immediately started complying and using CBDC's. The same WEF and IMF stooges that ordered Nigerian banks to fuck everyone are the exact same people implementing these programs in Europe and North America. Thanks to Biden and Trudeau shutting down banks over the trucker protests, there doesn't seem to be a whole lot anyone can do to stop it outside of debanking and adopting decentralized crypto. Either way, the concept of cash and financial anonymity will be totally dead in 10-15 years without a significant shift in policy that neither party seems interested in doing.

Expect the dollar is backed by the fact that's there's already trillions of it globally and every country is required to use it for trading oil. Also you said it yourself, "public confidence", you wouldn't have that with a shitty digital currency that could arbitrarly be taken away. Look at how much damage kicking Russia out of Swift caused to the dollar. Nigeria is nothing economically compared to China or Russia there's no way you'd ever get them to use it.

To even force people to switch a new Fiat currency you would have to take away all their hard assets that have value. Good fucking luck with that.

Then on top of all that the massive US debt is held in dollars. I don't think bond holders would be happy being paid in worthless faggot coins.

Joepedo scaring a kid in Finland, this is weird even by Joepedo standards:

Today so far Tucker has killed Tim Scott,

and Mike Pence

This Blaze thing, when it's not been Tucker interviewing the candidates, has been a Meatball suckoff and level of cope I haven't seen this election cycle, they're now saying "akshually being #2 in Iowa is the best place to be because of the Caucus system."

They're also trying to defend the Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds as though she's as good a governor as Meatball or Kristi Noem, because they're upset Trump called her out for "remaining neutral" in endorsing him or Meatball, because all the GOPe governors will endorse Meatball by the end of the year.

Pence pisses me off the most. It's not your problem? Buddy, we aren't the country we were 20-25 years ago. We are in a situation where people here can't afford a home, and yet you're caring more about citizens in a distant land? And you want to manage BOTH at the same time? We're a few steps away from opening up the draft at this point our numbers are so low, to say nothing of our weapons or ammo that have been squandered away.

They're still going to call it dollars. It's not like the end user will see much of a difference, they just won't deal with cash anymore which is almost already gone anyways. The only thing really changing is with the banks. It's not like we'd be switching to space cash. The only functional change is that central banks will have 100% authority over your money. If the solution to banks fucking people was to just tell them no, this wouldn't be a problem to begin with.
