The court system is pretty big on rules and procedure. Saying "Ooopsidoodles, I forgot to do X here's a tiktok of me doing it tho" may work in some instances, especially as a pro se litigant, but can be a hard stop in others. See Faith's massive fuck up. I expect the amount of leeway two fat retards who've been weaponizing judges' dockets for years over baby momma drama get is little to none.

You're right, I didn't realize how low gold prices were right now, he'd get max 200~, it's hollowed out (a technique they use for cheap jewelry) so I don't see it being more than 3-4 grams once they remove the stones to melt. Likely a lot less since they gouge you if you sell it to one of those cash4gold shops, which he tried to sell his father's house to.

To get damages in an IIED tort you have to allege that you suffered material physiological harm as a result of the torment. Vickers is writing what he hopes will be the bare minimum to get it through a later stage in court.

It will also depend on what kind of signature is acceptable in California. For instance an /sneed/ signature is generally valid even without a physical signature.
