What a photo, I think Quinton was really starting to go fully into his insane Breatube simp arc at that time and IIRC it was just a year prior to Harry's Mermaid's stream. There is probably some wheelchair autist point to be made. Quinton constantly fiending for attention from other Breadtube media reviewers destroyed his rep while Harry being more lowkey with others adjacent to his channel helped him very well over the next 5 years even as the Breadtube views declined somewhat.

In a way you have to respect Brewis' grift, he maintained a sizeable patron income through arguably the most volatile period on YouTube despite infrequent uploads while other in spaces, people try aping him and just about scrape by.

Went down a bit of a binge watching H's content after his oof video introduced me to him and i think one of my main issues with his takes is that he seems to value choices over everything else. If your game lets you solve problems in 20 different ways then he will suck its cock but if you only have 1 option because the game is focused on other things than he will shit on it at every turn (like fallout 3 which i personally enjoy more than new vegas which also made his NV video a chore to go through due to him constantly shitting on 3.)

He also tries to act high and mighty with his opinions like his are actually right and if you disagree well then you are just misinformed or just flat out have the wrong opinion.

The video was nonetheless very thunk provoking for me. I hadn't seen those irritating people from Buzzfeed ever before. Seeing what the people who write that dreadful shit are actually like, and then finding out they really do have low testosterone was very revealing. Similarly, his Donkey Kong stream introduced me to Nick "Contrapoints" Parrott and what the current version of political transgenders were actually like. In both cases, actually seeing these people was such a strong counterargument it completely overpowered their words and the propaganda they were trying to push.
