I would say so, yes. I'd also say watching TV can be a hobby if you actively follow specific series and seek out new ones, but not if you passively sit in front of it every night, watching anything to kill time. Likewise, I'd say the people who only buy CoD or Madden once a year couldn't be described as video game hobbyists, but they could say CoD is their hobby if they're on Warzone every night of the week.

To be fair, I'm not sure what word I would use for the kind of person you're describing, but that's probably why we've come up with specific terms for the hardcore enthusiasts of an activity vs the casual hobbyists (petrolheads for cars, gymbro for lifting, otaku for anime nerds, sex offenders for My Little Pony etc).

I don't remember the exact mechanics of when the quote/reply feature gets disabled, I believe it's post length and/or number of quotes contained in it, but when it happens you should be able to quote the post through highlighting some of the text.

Here, I'm not sure what value you're going to get with Jim's truly high quality commentary though, the post about the allegation in the troon Ls thread does a far better job giving a run down on the situation than this ever could.

Sorry to go against the (5 o' clock shadow beard) grain, but I think the case here isn't that the tranny thinks he passes and no one suspected he was a man, but that he meant he hadn't told everyone "I'm a woman now" yet, and some people still knew him only as a man. He wanted to be the one to break the news to them, and the manager revealed that info during the discussion.
