The only thing I can think of is that some weed users I've known talked about how at first they felt a brain fog the next day after smoking a fair bit when their tolerance was very low, while alcohol in my experience hasn't left me with any kind of noticeable brain fog. Just physical symptoms from the hangover dehydration.

Pretty sure no, but I think Waugh (I think of Waluigu every time he is mentioned) did that too. There may have been some contemporary speculation about the price in this thread based on other pieces he has done.
