What I don't get is why he thought it was flex to buy these and tell people what he paid.

These paintings are shit and hilariously overpriced. I am pretty sure I am not alone in that opinion, either. I don't see people saying "OMG! Rekieta is sooooo rich." I see people saying "He spend how much on what?!"
I chalk that up to Nick's "expertise" in social media. Intentions don't necessarily line up with reality. The other option is a "Look how much money I'm willing to WASTE on shitty art? Don't I look rich?" sort of mindset.

But if it's lying on the floor and makes a Tijuana Velvet Elvis look like Picasso, it's not going to impress anyone, any more than buying some shitty overpriced Mustang to crash like a retard the first day you have it.
Admittedly though, the Shelby GT500 is a cool car that a lot of people would like to own. I think what mainly made that purchase funny was him trying to drive it home on Minnesota's winter roads without winter tires.

The paintings, and what he claims to have paid for them, are just stupid on their face. Of course he's gonna catch shit.

He would have done much better to claim he paid $20 for that Johnny Depp painting at a fleamarket, and that he bought it because it was funny kitsch piece that was topical to the Heard case he was covering. Then people would have been laughing with him, instead of at him.

Honestly, I kind of like the painting. It would look good next to my collection of Lisa Frank trapper keepers. This Eric Waugh guy seems to have unironically chosen epic music to put with this video and looks like he enjoys the smell of his own farts... so no wonder the social media expert and law pope is attracted to him.

I'm sure complaining that your autistic quest is hard while calling farmers assholes for not making it easier on you will earn you updoots.

It did! Hear me out though. I gave the post a winner sticker because it made me laugh out loud, as only such impressive displays of autism can do. Unfortunately, there is no sticker for ‘tism + lol.
Edit: retarded typo

The horror painting was done by Robert Hurst. Depending on the print, it ranges from 60-400 dollars. Found on this website. Commissions are possible.

Horror Movie Villains.png

The cat, Depp, and liqueur bottle painting as well as the Joker painting were done by Eric Waugh as per this stream on Sept. 29, 2022 called I, Hypocrite Joins to Discuss Lawsuits, Laughs, and the Degrading Internet Culture. Relevant timestamps are: 2:14:11 - 2:16:42, 3:32:11 - 3:32:56, and 4:14:48 - 4:15:36.

The Depp and Joker painting were unboxed on a Locals stream he did the night before (Sept. 28, 2022). Maybe more details on that stream. The Depp painting was bought at auction for charity. Unsure about the rest.

The prices initially estimated are likely based off of this post, and while the wrong artist is credited for the artwork referenced, Nick and Kayla did attend a Bill Mack event:

The artist that he paid $80k for that Johnny Depp painting was Bill Mack. In case anyone wants to dig thru his bullshit to find the stream where he is bragging about wasting that much on something that worthless. It was during his spat with Keffals, he mentions the commission in one of the streams during his banishment.

The purchase was also announced less than a month before begging for money for the Montegraph lawsuit.

Same. He could have bought a genuine Louis Wain -- a painter with a real place in art history whose work is actually collected all over the world -- for less than a tenth of what he paid for that piece of shit.

Can someone please look shit up about this guy?
From what I can tell, he's a good-looking hack self-taught artist from Canada who makes "whimsical" and "live laugh love" art appropriate for your neighborhood Starbucks, and his originals are nowhere near 5 figures.

Pap for the peeps.

I am sure he makes an excellent living (fr; mass market prints are lucrative, and he appears to travel a ton).

One of his paintings was, per his insta, on Seinfeld. No idea what "I actually own that exact piece from the set after the show ended" is supposed to mean; I assume it means it was a print but he got to get it/back after it was used on the set.

The prices you showed are also going to be leaning towards "aspirational." The britfag art gallery in particular should be the top range of his prices. His actual realized prices at "serious" auctions are all under $1000. Ebay only lists a few sold Eric Waugh works, all of which closed for less than $1000.

I'm assuming he launders money for a few rich friends or something.

Guys, I bring you useless happenings in Drex's server.

For context, JLove is apparently a middle aged woman with 2 adult sons that has been friends with benefits with Drex for a long time. Iirc it's not just a 1 on 1 thing (He arranges gangbangs for her), while NCAAcat is that 20 something woman that got on to Nick's show with Drex talking about her experience as some kind of liaison for football college and bringing in the hoes for the players.

NCAAcat later got in contact with Drex and would hang out with him so much that Nick started joking they are married (Drex flew to see her a dozen times in less than a year). Drex has always insisted it's not a steady relationship and NCAAcat plays along with it and well, now it seems JLove and NCAAcat had a spat over Drex and NCAAcat DOES want to tie Drex down. Drex asserts here that that's not gonna happen but he is still going to visit NCAAcat later. I'm not gonna bother blocking out names this time cause the server is whatever to me. There's multiple lurkers in there anyway.

My two theories:
1. He overpaid for these paintings during a "charity event" in an effort to mimic his family's charitable behavior and for clout.
2. There is a scheme in the background. Either his "tax write-offs" or another monetary one.

Cat is acting like a normal woman. This is exactly why polyamory does not work, as Nick and Drex have noted before on their shows. JLove is a pick-me that has the exact same motivations as Cat; She will attempt to remove competition by instigating fights and playing innocent. "She's so unstable, I just love being a sex object for you! Maybe she isn't all that you thought she was..." But Drexel is a woman expert, so he understood this already and is not exacerbating the issue by continuing to drag both women along.

Was she the one who domesticated him? Or was that someone else?
