If it gets dismissed, what happens next will be ugly. This happened because people feel like Akron PD wasn't doing their job and setting up a pedo sting for him and sending him to prison. The a-logging will be turned up to 11 if the court lets him go on an assualt case.

@anliteralidiot I'm just passing on what I've heard, The idea of the state letting her claim a 32 year old as a dependent seems a little out there to me. The food stamps have been confirmed outside of Hacking though.

I disagree. If they spelled out PEDO in the lawn with dead grass there would be good odds of an eviction or Ed or Cyrax attempting to kill the next stranger to approach the house, alog or not. It would absolutely escalate an already volatile situation. You're right that it's weenery, though.

I'm trying to think only happy thoughts here and hoping he gets bitch slapped in court. Because taking him away from Sally and her protection and remove all of his little binkies and putting him in a place where he would literally be torn in half is what the little fucker deserves. That and a whole lot more.

However, I'm not that confident it's going to happen. Why? Because of David'Susan Stone aka Dance Of Life Dancer. He has his own thread on here that I haunt. He has a criminal history that goes back 40 years which include a not insignificant stint in prison and restraining orders.

But since he got out he's racked up more charges than I can count, and they've been dismissed every single god damn time. One example is that he passed four cars in a no passing zone while speeding and one of the cars he passed was a cop after tailgating him. In a regular black and white, not an undercover job. You'd think that would be a slam dunk for the DA, but nope, charges were dropped.

So I'm not optimistic that the justice system is going work correctly and make Chance finally take his medicine.

I think they should just go back to throwing the bananas, with swears written on them, into the yard. Not because I condone weenery, but because the mental image is funny.

Imagine Sally reaching for the rogue banana in her lawn, confused, only to see that it says, "pedophile" written on the peel. It kills no grass and hurts no-one. The cops might take it even less seriously because it's just a banana.

The only problem with this is Ohio's predator stature. He has to be caught by law enforcement in a sting first, which is bullshit because he just keeps messaging and going after children. I'm hoping seeing all this evidence will annoy the APD to actually do a sting on him and he'll inevitably fall for it. They want to get rid of the problem? Get him in a sting, it's literally shooting fucking fish in a barrel.

It'd be alot easier to catch this known pedophile in a sting and lock him away than go out to his house everyday and bicker with him and his family. I wonder how much of the taxpayer's money has been wasted on the cops being sent out to Chase's house for essentially no fucking reason.

I don't mean to be too optimistic and it is likely they have no intention of looking into the pedo shit, but there's always the likelihood there's a sting op on him going on behind the scenes and we don't know, considering he's talked to the cops multiple times about the pedophile stings. I'd imagine they're letting it go on for a while to build the strongest possible case on him, I've heard that's kind of common about sting ops on pedos.

Generally there's a requirement they actually have a criminal contempt trial if they're going to lock you up for some lengthy period, like six months or more. But within that range, they can summarily lock you up (for direct contempt that is contempt committed in the courtroom and witnessed by the judge and Zoom would be effectively "in the courtroom"). It's pretty rare but the kind of dumb shit Cyrax does, like telling the judge to go fuck himself or exposing his genitals, would definitely qualify.

There's any number of reasons this might happen. That's why it's often worth showing up to court to challenge even routine tickets if you have the time. I have done so pretty much every time I had the chance and often the cops just don't show up. If you have no real defense you can enter a plea if they do show up.

Fairly often they have something more important to be doing than showing up to be a witness over some bullshit speeding ticket.
