NAL, but I think Pat has officially been served with the notice for the contempt hearing next month and given the documents that Quasi's lawyer submitted in support of it. Pat will have until a certain date (usually a few days to a week) before the hearing to file his own submission against the contempt motion.

Dan has already submitted a request for the documents that Quasi's lawyer submitted with the contempt motion, so we'll hopefully have those soon.

A death like this in Japan certainly would be picked up by the media, so not just the government reports, there would also be further evidence of his death.

The reason Mexico can’t be bothered to investigate random dead white kids is because they have so much other things to worry about coupled with underfunding.
