The fact that he routinely lies about everything tends to impeach his credibility and goes to the weight his testimony should be given. While it's more relevant he openly lied to the court in that Nadolski hearing, any previous incident of his lying is pertinent to his credibility.
True but unfortunately if he says he will make the payments at the next hearing, they have to believe him.
He could refuse to pay and child the judge, but he probably won’t as it does sound from that interview that he is aware of the situation and reality.
If he misses payments then that is when he has to start dealing with consequences.
The other thing with him denying stuff to random anonymous strangers on twitter is that it doesn’t matter because it’s fuck all to do with whoever they are.
Granted it’s public information, but beyond being aware of it, it’s really not anyone else’s business how much is owed and how long Fatrick will take to pay it.
Unless they are Quasi of course, but if Quasi confesses to harassing Fatrick then that would demonstrate that Fatrick was correct in the first place.
Whether or not it cancels the debt, which no it doesn’t automatically, it would certainly give Fatrick grounds to make things complicated again.
This is the main reason poking cows is strongly discouraged and avoided here, because ultimately it is harassment.
Even if it is not expressly abusive or offensive, it can easily be considered unwelcome contact and can be used legally against anyone.
