Pat has enough low cunning to comport himself normally when directly in front of those with power over him and no reason to give him the benefit of the doubt, such as when he bitches out the cops who come to his door for this weeks swatting. There'd need to be something to provoke him, make him mentally switch from considering the Judge someone he can schmooz to an enemy to be childed. Serious consequences are more likely to come down to being able to show that Pat's behaviour is a facade based on how he acts when he thinks he's hidden from the courts eyes. Which, luckily for us, seems to be on track to happen.

You know what's funny...I don't ever remember him stating any kind of specific dollar amount when he lies about how much money he makes.

He's said that Twitter supports his income (it doesn't), then Elon starts paying out for ad revenue, which Piggy totally misses out on because he refused to pay $8 a month or whatever it is to be verified after having paid at least $5k to get his account reinstated years ago. Then he had to lie-brag in response to a specific amount of money and he added a specific timeframe, that he made $10k in one month (big deal, like most people who went to college for something that wasn't bullshit so it's like the boast of a child, child).
