A incredible combination of stupid, arrogant and greedy really fucks Fatrick over. He was only able to get himself over the finish line (enjoy prison) with all three.
This is the kind of guy that a judge would want to "make an example of", i.e. throw the book at.
No amount of crying or apologies would completely get you out of this, and I'm not sure Fatrick would even express slight regret to the child judge for avoiding payment to child Quasi. Seems that he got a harsh disciplinarian, who will not be putting up with Patrick's shit, so I wonder how much time he will spend in the slammer, especially if he spergs out at the judge and refuses to come forward and apologize.

Some people actually think he'll turn up to this hearing. But I thought he'd turn up to the debt examination and instead he got drunk across the street after his mommy in law dropped him off and skipped it entirely.
I absolutely will not be surprised if he's a no show and a warrant gets issued. Imagine the stupidest possible thing someone could do in this situation. Then pick something even dumber, and that's Patrick.

This is dumb (bold mine). Saying something that is currently true doesn't mean you can retroactively make it a lie by doing something contradictory in the future. If today I write a (true) sworn statement saying "I have never been skydiving in my life" then go skydiving next week that doesn't mean I lied.i was reading about the court case and looked at a few documents. I saw that quasi said under oath something like he didnt make the forums to aid in harassing pat and and he didn't aid any users in doing so.

i dont know how much aid that really is or how perjury works in that case, but i imagine that a lawyer would tell you not to do this after making a statement under oath.

Even as little as ten minutes of confinement at the order of the judge would be enough for Patrick "enjoy prison" Tomlinson to never live it down and constantly be asked how he enjoyed prison. I can already see the technically Tomlinson coming out saying, "I have never been to prison, Stalker" because he was sent to a jail cell instead.
All I need to get a good laugh is for him to get whatever minimum amount of time of confinement it requires for him to get a mug shot taken, his height and mass recorded (for the advancement of scientific research in physics), changed into a high vis jumpsuit, and caged up with live pepperoni ingredients.

My personal pick something even dumber is:
He shows up and thinks he can argue his way out of it with his amazing intellect. He's somewhat reasonable until he gets found to be in contempt on the original failure to show for the debt exam. He has a full out tantrum in the court preventing it from proceeding antwhere close to rendering any kind of judgement on the contempt finding. As he childs the judge and has a hissy fit, Pat gets additional contempt charges and now some amount of confinement is a foregone conclusion. Pat pays no mind to any warnings from the judge to cease and continues racking them up. He pisses off the judge enough that he ends up in an indefinite confinement situation where he will be in jail until he performs some action that Pat will never in his life do; so probably something simple like a sincere apology to the court and to Quasi for his behavior.

Patrick always has these lulls in noteworthy activity where i don't check the thread for days but he always, 100% guaranteed returns with a bang and it's always something that is so outrageously retarded that it could only happen to him. And was also caused by him.
