I wasn't saying Balldoman does all of the running around, but she definitely doesn't do her fair share and there really isn't a good reason for it other than drugs/drinking and Balldoman is so much of a cuck he lets her get away with it, and also allowed her to get on a bunch of psych meds instead of actively participating in the household and her children's lives now he is stuck shuttling the kids around more than he should because he was too much of a cuck to control his woman or dump her ass when she stopped holding up her end of the bargain.
Are you telling me that more alcohol, another level of sexual degeneracy and increased mind-altering drug use haven’t helped improve their marriage or family life?

Look, obviously he doesn't have to do law stuff if he doesn't want to anymore. But him complaining about the fact his numbers are dropping is just ridiculous. He should have expected this. His success was a combination of the politics and philosophy he espoused at the time, and the legal content he covered. Now both of those are basically gone. I don't think this is a complicated analysis.
How would an observer define success? How would he define success? Money? Views? Fun?

If we're talking about money, that seems to be pretty obviously down from the available metrics. This goes in waves, and he knows this. The first major influx of consistent high-value superchats came during the Vic case from anime fans with far too much disposable income. However, the dual blows of the first bad hearing and the tylophone notarization fucking up all the evidence probably clamped that down. Other massive sources were the Rittenhouse and Depp trials, multi-week long national events. He also has his Locals.

How is that going now? If by some chance the anime fans stuck around after the failed Vic appeal, they and their money very recently got told to fuck off with the whole Pippa nonsense. And, although there won't be another Depp-like trial for a while, there are still other semi-interesting trials... which he doesn't seem to like covering, and which he hasn't consistently covered following a long break until this week. While he does have his Locals subscriptions, this seems to have dampened the number of superchats they send; why pay to send each message when he'll see all of them and chat with you too for one monthly fee?

If we're talking about views, the YouTube ban really took the wind out of his sails (to the point where, when he came back teasing litigation against an unknown target for the good of all, I thought maybe he was going to try the herculean task of going after Alphabet if only he could nail down a Rumble-only contract). He had a groundswell of support immediately post-ban which translated into registrations on new platforms to follow him and a successful campaign to get him unbanned. Making the most of this support and new contract, he changed the focus of his content and became Pope of the Church of Coom.

Again, now: did people stick around on the other platforms? When his YouTube channel was later restored, did they come back? Post-Coomening, would that support be possible again?

If we're talking about fun, he says he's having a lot of it. Is he though? The negative attention has got to be a major headache for him when he can't understand where its coming from. The contractual obligations, which seem to be pretty loose, might feel stifling when he just wants to do his own thing on his own schedule.

I know I'm still having fun. I don't watch the show itself anymore, but that doesn't make this any less entertaining. I'm sure others feel the same way too. In that sense, maybe he really should continue chasing fun!

Mindset was going solo but was doing a gimmick where he snipes all the other streamers while roasting them (He actually said some truths that would rile Nick up if this was said in a more serious context...wish it got clipped).

There we go. There's actually a couple more in the stream where Mindset makes fun of Nick's degeneracy and even raised an eyebrow at Nick's coomer mindset. He probably said them in jest but we're not at the stage where Nick has started lashing out at his yt orbiters. Keep in mind that this is Mindset doing a solo stream and stream sniping at other people's stream. They are not actually in the stream with him.

You heard it here folks. Nick is NOT the pope of lawtube. He is the pump and dump whore of lawtube.

Because it's off site, I neither avow or disavow this, or comment on its veracity, but I will simply reiterate that Still Life seems like a liability to have anywhere. He's a weird hill for Nick to plant his flag on, if not die on.

Inb4 He just gives them specter’s phone number
That would be funny, but TiC seems to comprehend Spectre is a bullshit artist.

Also, it's doubtful Spectre would ever seriously lift a hand against Rekiata. He's gonna try and ride the nose for as long as he can, just like Gator rode the gunt.

Legal Vices has also started making half-jokes at Nick's expense. He commented on how Nick's audience can watch him instead, as Nick wasn't streaming yet, this morning. There were a few other contentions about how "There is no drama, even though I have been following this case forever and Nick doesn't know anything about it" on some of the other days. I believe Hey Clip This caught that one.

New trailer for the upcoming “Depp v. Heard” documentary on Netflix. It’s from “her side of the story”, and it’s probably gonna suck, but that’s not important.

I was watching it and… oh… wait a minute, I recognize that guy!

That’s right, Rekieta appears not once, but twice in this trailer! At 0:32, and at 0:53.

The second sighting is closer to the 1:00 mark.

TUG was mentioned at trial, and in filings, so I'd say the second clip is highly relevant for reasons other than just Rekieta.

"Kurt knows the law. Honestly Rekieta is winging it 95% of the time. He's just pulling shit out of his ass."

Holy shit!

Talk about saying the "quiet part out loud." Goddamn, Andrew. LOL.
I see this as testing the waters (regarding Nick). Also, great job painting a big fat target (pun not intended) on Kurt's back there, LM. It may not lead to anything but should people be surprised he's once again sandwiched himself between the Lawtube drama? It's good to see Kurt getting credit, but this was a rather shitty way to approach it.

Does this mean he as an orbiter has become turned off by the Grift? I don't think so (yet). I have not seen LV's clip, but so far Kurt's criticism has been the most impactful yet.

This is gonna be an interesting arc. I can only imagine a small surge in Rekeita viewers, only for everyone to stumble into all his degenerate shit. You're gonna be a small-town lawyer with a drug and sex problem, and the entire nation is going to know (and you're not even Hollywood). Congratulations Nick, you played yourself.

I’m new to the chat log posts but SL stands out as someone who’s either a glowie or completely unhinged. Either way, weird that Nick welcomes him on his platform.

Don't mind how I am incapable of clipping. Here's a timestamped link with full context included.

Legal Vices Stream

@Balldo's Gate

I found the initial clip I was thinking of. It comes from Law Nerd Clips, starting from the very beginning.

You wanna see something else impactful?

The Montagraph OP was updated today. Check out the third italicized paragraph in this screenshot:

Nick is sperging out about KF and Null repeatedly. Meanwhile, Montagraph quietly rolls up and asks for something (presumably nicely), and apparently makes a good case. :story:

Monty is certainly a cow for other reasons, but AFAIK, the Farms has jack shit as far as proof that he's a pedo.

EDIT: Clarification.

I wouldn’t bet on any surge. He’d get more awareness from being on a popular podcast outside of his current ghetto of degeneracy.

That's very interesting. I'd like to see that clip, because isn't that literally the exact scenario of what happened with Legal Bytes and the Depp trial? At the start of that trial, all of the usual panelists turned up on Legal Bytes instead of Nick. Kind of like this screenshot from this trial:
panel.png
The only panelist Nick had at the start of the Depp trial was TUG (as seen in the Netflix documentary trailer). At the time, Rekieta claimed that it was his choice - he didn't like how crowded the previous panels had gotten.

Later, it came out that Legal Bytes had essentially been trying to box Nick out covering Depp. She felt she deserved it as she had been covering the case in detail on her channel for months.

Is LawTube turning on Nick? That would make his vanity plate pretty awkward.

There isn't a trashfire visible just yet, but there's a lot of smoke that's come out of nowhere:
  1. Kurt analyzing the judge's order and basically implying Nick was a hypocrite.
  2. Legal Vices streaming this trial with a large panel.
  3. LM taking some "joking" shots at Rekieta. What was interesting to me about this is that he spent a long time saying how the boost from appearing on Rekieta eventually fades out.
I could see this fizzling out, but the one thing that's clear is that the hierarchical structure of "LawTube" has changed.

The "LawPope" thing was a joke, but it also wasn't a joke. Nick was the boss. His social media presence was so much bigger, relative to everyone else in the group, that he was the boss even if he didn't want to be, or at least publicly disclaimed the role.

His relative popularity has probably declined to the extent where he isn't big enough to be the boss where his word goes anymore.

This was Nick‘s mantle to lose. I’m probably not the only one who looked more favorably upon Nick back in the day, mostly by virtue of the fact that Low T. Douchette and the other hardcore #KickVic Law Twitter disciples were (are) such faggots. That’s a lot of unearned credit, and a canny operator would have been careful not to squander it.

Instead, well…This thread says it all.
