I've had to go through GDPR training a few times, and I don't think it says what a lot of people think it says.

It's for the people managing the data. So Nool would need to abide by it with the personal data he collects(email, etc). But it is likely any user provided content would not. Now there are some EU folks trying to make Doxxxxxxing illegal, but it wouldn't be part of GDPR(or maybe it would...) And some of those laws would only apply if the data was found through illegal means, so someone posting on Twitter(er, X) their real name and consent accident status would not be able to complain.
