The video was subsequently hosted on other channels though. It depicts Nick lusting after Mandy_K in a way that implies that Kayla's involvement (and no one would have to know).

Nick hiding behind his family might make it look like he cares more about his family than his job to some, but his kids might grow up with the impression that they were getting in the way of their father's success with how often he uses them as an excuse. Kayla, on the other hand, has actively contributed to the detriment of Nick's brand so there's no question there.

There have been employees who allowed their personal life to repeatedly interfere with their work attendance. Solution between employer and employee was to get out of each other's way by letting the employee go so they can tend to their personal problems (the obvious priority for them) so that the employer could employ someone who actually wants to be there. Putting up with repeated broken promises only led to heartache and made both parties look bad. Even though Nick is "his own boss", he is evincing the traits of an absentee problem employee.

Also, the only notable thing keeping Kayla busy (to my knowledge) was the homeschool co-op where she teaches a music. (edit: she was also involved in acting in the local theater at one time, not sure if she still is).

Not struck, but there was pressure used to remove it. Given Elissa's explanation, she was clearly not happy about it (though she was okay with posting Null's MATI segment on it).

Not sure the details on Elissa and Nick's relationship, but this sounded like coercion and Elissa repeatedly taking the position of being a small clip channel who can only exist because Nick allows it sounds like someone who is concerned about otherwise being struck. The threat definitely seems to be there from Elissa's perspective. (edit: maybe Elissa remembers when she clipped Nick yelling about raping people who go against him).

It is documented in this thread, but a similar situation happened with the Faran drunk leg flailing clip.

Nick took down the stream where she got wasted.

Either Faran contacted Elissa, then Nick, but whichever occurred, after Nick asked her to take it down.

Elissa made it unlisted and people in Nose DISCORD started having a fit. Claiming noseguarding shenanigans.

Faran contacted Elissa to try to have here delete it entirely because you could still see and share the link to it. She cited all kinds of womanly trauma to guilt her into doing it.

Elissa eventually gets pushed too far by Faran and re-posts another version of it.

Elissa was very clear that Nick only asked, and she fid it as a favour, but she acknowledged that Nick only let her clip by sufferance. He could strike her.

That kind of vague language and looming threat is what makes me want to see Nick pushed to hold to his principles. Thr Banning of LOCALS and Nuking of DISCORD were entertaining instances.

The community in Elissa's comment section was convinced that it was Lady Gollum, not Mandy, that had flipped on Nick. According to Elissa, Nick leapt into action immediately after being told by Mandy that Elissa had uploaded a clip, putting his entire Twitch stream on hold - but Mandy's Twitch chat didn't seem that outraged.

I didn't really buy it until after his vacation and he started singing a totally different tune. Remember, the Mandy stream was the same one where all this happened:

Nick Rekieta went off on his Friday stream ranting about his audience and his life in general. Rekieta says that his channel, which is called Rekieta Law, "was never a law channel". Rekieta also said his response to people who say he's not "Christian enough", "trad enough", or "conservative enough" is that "I don't want to be any of those things".

Then he went on vacation, and he came back with a totally different tune. Suddenly, the disgruntled viewers who he told that night to "please never give me money and fucking leave" were actually RIGHT that the Friday streams were too degenerate and that Nick was drinking too much on stream, but they were just telling him in the wrong way.

What really convinced me was not how he (very briefly before the "retooling") cancelled the Friday "fun streams", but how he talked about his drinking - I think in some of the Locals copestreams that got clipped to Elissa's channel after his vacation. It unironically reminded me of how Ralph would talk about his substance abuse issues.

The speculation is wrong. The picture is that of a totally different person.

Strange sidenote, if you flip the older woman "charity" photo posted by Canam productions & superimpose it with the hair in face Mandy photo, it's a near exact match on the facial features. Even stranger, the older woman photo now bears the name of "Helaine Baruch", a person who appears to be an actual woman associated with the charity & living in New York City. Yet, to find this photo, Google "Mandy Karevicius" & it comes up. And as Canam found, it did just recently show Mandy's name, not Helaine.

(The reason why Google picks up that image is not that the image used to have a different name; it's because the page has a mention of someone with the same first name but different last name and, separately, the same last name but different first name)
